This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Breakfast was excellent as always; they even gave me a box of chocolates as an apology for the slow waffle service. The lunch at The Legacy House was absolutely delicious, it definitely deserves more than one Michelin star.

The breakfast was pretty good, and I felt they used quality ingredients. The waffles were the best I've ever had, and the custard lava bun and yellow kiwi were also great. The location is excellent, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, facing Victoria Harbour, surrounded by the sea. The night view is absolutely stunning.

The room faces Golden Bauhinia Square directly, offering a superb view and breathtaking scenery. However, there were quite a few dust mites in the room, which made me, as someone with a dust mite allergy, sneeze and have a runny nose constantly, which was a bit of a struggle. Also, the handheld showerhead in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted, which was very inconvenient. The overhead shower was in an awkward position, making it impossible to stand on the anti-slip mat. Everything else was excellent; the service was great, and the location was super convenient, right next to K11, with all dining and entertainment options within easy reach.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. For the same view, you're paying half the price of the Rosewood next door. While it's a bit smaller than the Rosewood, the Regent feels much newer.
Dining: Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was far more extensive than what you'd typically find at other hotels in this price range.
Service: The entire staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming.
Facilities: The toilet isn't a bidet, but that's perfectly acceptable given the price point.

For those doing a Hong Kong and Macau trip, I recommend going to Macau first, then Hong Kong's K11, because it has a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine! (Yes, it's that important, I said it three times). You can wash all your dirty clothes from Macau in K11's washing machine, and drying is no problem either – it's a great amenity. I'm introverted and don't like interacting much with staff, but they were very discreet and kind. Oh, and the night view is beautiful too.
- Lexibaobao
The room view is great, but the service is basically self-service – you rarely see any staff. The front desk is very procedural and also lacks service. Getting a taxi to the hotel entrance can be a bit confusing; some drivers don't quite know where it is. For breakfast, I'd suggest more variety; it was the same as last year. I don't quite understand why it's so expensive, yet I keep coming back. It's probably because the balcony really makes a difference.

This is the most convenient hotel when traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong. You can easily walk to it from the high-speed rail station, so even on a rainy day, it's very convenient. The Elements shopping mall downstairs meets all dining and shopping needs and is great for browsing. We wanted to have afternoon tea; both the restaurant on the 103rd floor and the lobby lounge on the 102nd floor offer it. The restaurant always has afternoon tea sets available, but it finishes quite early, at 5:15 PM. The lobby lounge's afternoon tea requires a bit of advance booking; if you don't book, you can only order à la carte, and there aren't many options, nor is the presentation as exquisite as expected. The environment, however, is excellent, with expansive high-altitude views overlooking the islands and the sea, offering a unique perspective of Hong Kong. We stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival and received mooncakes and lanterns, plus a late check-out, which we were very pleased with. My husband took the kids swimming and came back saying the staff were very attentive, helping to wash and spin-dry their swimsuits. The service was incredibly detailed. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family stay where you just want to relax and not venture out. The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool with its panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The beef topping and shark fin dumplings at the Michelin two-star restaurant's breakfast buffet were amazing, and that restaurant also offers Harbour views. I'd definitely go back if I have the chance.

Facilities: Despite having opened some time ago, the hotel's facilities are still in excellent condition and feel very modern.
Ambiance: The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's a lovely fountain right at the entrance.
Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with absolutely no unpleasant smells.
Service: From the moment we stepped in, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. The front desk staff who checked us in were extremely polite and even asked if we'd like to be escorted to our room. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic!
I'll definitely be staying at The Peninsula Hotel again next year.
- Ciciroududu
Even though I booked the lowest-priced room, the service was exceptional. Perhaps because it was our first stay, we had a dedicated staff member accompanying us from the moment we got out of the car, through check-in, and all the way to our room, explaining everything in English. During the day, I left my laptop out, and when I returned, I found an alcohol wipe next to it. My charging cables were neatly organized by the bed, and my cosmetics were thoughtfully arranged. The turndown service was a great experience. The hotel is also very close to the Avenue of Stars and K11, just a few steps away.

This was my first stay at a Mandarin Oriental, and I chose their historic birthplace. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Central Station. Just find Harry Winston, and you've found the Mandarin Oriental.
The standard rooms are already luxurious and elegant. Outside the window is Chater Road, bustling with luxury boutiques. The warm yellow reflections off the wooden furniture made me feel like I'd stepped back into the golden age of the last century – a beautiful reflection of economic prosperity, yet never loud or ostentatious.
Even with evening turndown service, a good hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They prepared bookmarks, bedtime tea, and essential oils, and all amenities were replenished. The room also came with small items branded with the Mandarin Oriental HK logo, such as leather coasters, cable organizers, luggage stickers, and lens cleaning cloths. I asked the front desk, and they confirmed I could take them all (currently, Mandarin Oriental doesn't offer small-sized toiletries, only a small body lotion, which I loved the scent of, so I requested extra).
The hotel's 'hidden drawer' is very practical. You just write your request on a piece of paper, place it in the tray in the drawer, and ring the bell. Whether it's for laundry or amenity replenishment, you don't even need to make a phone call – perfect for introverts!
Every detail of my stay here was meticulously taken care of. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent, and the temperature and humidity were maintained at a very comfortable level, allowing me to get refreshing sleep during a busy trip.
The breakfast selection is quite rich, with semi-buffet and full-buffet options available at different restaurants. For tourists, I'd recommend the full buffet as it offers a wider variety of dishes, including both hot and cold options, and you can also order à la carte desserts like pancakes.
Before leaving, I bought some rose jam and a fan, officially becoming a fan of MO.

Let's start with the unpleasant parts: The bakery on the second floor has an overall snobbish vibe. A white male staff member was overly friendly with a white customer at the entrance who wasn't with him, while completely ignoring Asian customers asking about seating. When checking out and retrieving my luggage, all the smiling staff members suddenly disappeared. And yes, I did strain my neck and shoulder going down the steps because the entrance was crowded with people.
The good aspects are that the overall staff, when entering and exiting, were smiling and welcoming, creating a good atmosphere. At check-in, I received a small toy and dessert, and at check-out, I got a small fan. The breakfast, for a five-star hotel, was exquisite, offering à la carte Eggs Benedict, cold brew coffee, and asparagus with avocado. The lobster bisque at Cafe Causette on the second floor was also good.
The room had a 1990s mahogany style and offered turn-down service. Fruit and drinks were delivered through a butler's pantry, ensuring no disturbance. The indoor pool on the top floor, though small, was exquisite and clean, and the lifeguard/attendant Michael was very attentive.
Overall, the value for money is okay. It's about a ten-minute walk to IFC and Mid-Levels Central. The main entrance can be a bit noisy and inconvenient for temporary stops. After all, the room rate isn't super extravagant, so one can't expect everything.

Went for the breakfast view. No longer swarmed by influencers, it's much quieter now. Breakfast for four was served simultaneously by five or six waiters – quite an impressive sight, perfect for a photo op!

The overall hotel environment is great and very quiet. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Exhibition Centre Station and Wan Chai Station. You can even use the skybridge directly, so no worries about rainy weather. If you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take the Star Ferry, as it's very close to the pier.
The hotel's breakfast is fantastic; it's à la carte, with Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, plus some additional items you can order. Personally, I find this more convenient than a buffet. I highly recommend the Japanese salmon set! The in-room dining menu is also excellent.
The room is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, with two 1.5-meter single beds, making it family-friendly when traveling with kids. The hotel also provides unlimited complimentary drinks and snacks daily, which is a huge plus! They can even provide milk for children.
Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement in the details. I had requested baby amenities and a cot in advance, but when we got to the room, none of them were prepared. The cot installation afterward wasn't professional either; the bars weren't secured into the mattress, and the bedding wasn't neatly arranged, with the mattress and bed frame showing, which wasn't a very pleasant sight.

The St. Regis has yet to disappoint, especially when it comes to breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! 👍
My wife and I were here for a business trip (it's perfect for a getaway without kids).
At this caliber, the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service are all top-notch.
(One small suggestion: perhaps a heads-up about the room's fragrance. Not all guests appreciate it, but it could be moved to a cupboard.) The service from all departments was excellent, especially the concierge. We were going for dinner a short distance away and couldn't find a taxi, so they arranged a hotel car for us. When we returned, they warmly greeted us and asked about our dining experience, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

The hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous Hong Kong tourist attractions, perfect for city walks. Of course, the hotel itself is a famous spot worth visiting. It's a bit far from the MTR station, but thankfully, there's a shuttle bus service.
The room I was assigned was spacious and very clean. The window faced the aviary, which was actually a place I specifically wanted to check out on this trip, so I was happy about that.
The hotel's dining options are great. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, and both the à la carte items and the buffet selections were delicious. The Eggs Benedict really impressed me. I tried steak at Tai Pan, and it was cooked to perfection. I heard that the food at The Murray is also very good, but I didn't get a chance to try it this time. I hope to experience it on my next trip.
I booked this stay through a Trip.com hotel package, which stated a HKD 300 dining credit per stay. It's important to note that this means HKD 300 for the entire stay, regardless of whether you stay one night or multiple nights, not HKD 300 per night. This can be misleading.
- E4271****
The room was very clean and quite spacious for Hong Kong. An extra bed could be added. Hotel breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and the executive lounge is open from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In the afternoon, they offer refreshments, and in the evening, they serve hot snacks like mini burgers and chicken nuggets. If you book a package with breakfast and executive lounge access, you won't need to go out for meals all day.
