This was a very comfortable hotel!
It's only two stops to Gangnam Station, and you can get to Seongsu directly via the Eonju Station Line 2, without any transfers. (For Seoul Station or Myeongdong Station, a taxi is easier).
There are many convenience stores nearby, as well as CHAGEE and numerous other restaurants.
The amenities are fantastic, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave with grill function, a large refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), and a closet-type garment steamer and deodorizer!
There's no daily cleaning service, and towels are provided for the entire stay from the beginning. The trash cans aren't very large, so if you're staying for about 3 nights, it's a good idea to get some plastic bags when you shop!
Perhaps it was because there were no other guests on the floor, but I didn't hear any noise from other rooms at all.
*To get hot water for the shower, you need to turn on the underfloor heating control panel on the wall and set it to shower mode. Also, switching the shower on requires pulling the round knob above the faucet handle, which might be a bit stiff and difficult to operate.

This apartment is mostly self-service from check-in to check-out. It's well-equipped with amenities like an oven, microwave, and washing machine, and the soundproofing is excellent. The only thing to note is that there are no cleaning tools like a broom, mop, or vacuum cleaner. You're responsible for tidying up and taking out your own trash. While they do offer weekly cleaning, I found the lack of a vacuum quite inconvenient, especially for cleaning up hair on the floor. You can communicate with them for other necessities like water and trash bags. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend the beef soup and rice in the alley across the street – it's absolutely delicious!

Located just a five-minute stroll from Hongik University Station, this spacious apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to shopping areas, the subway, and the airport express train. The host was very responsive. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended, and I'd definitely choose it again next time!

I was very satisfied with this trip. The hotel is just a short walk from Exit 5 of Line 5, making it very convenient to get to from either Gimpo or Incheon Airport. It was especially convenient to walk around Dongdaemun at night; my mom and I went every evening. I particularly liked the hotel's large counter, which was perfect for all the food I bought at E-Mart, and my child was so happy. Thanks for the complimentary coffee from the hotel! ☕️

The apartment's location is pretty good, and it's not noisy at night. There are even playground facilities for kids nearby. Check-in and check-out at the apartment were very convenient. You can also leave your trash right outside the room, though it would be great if the host could remind guests about that. Most of the apartment's facilities are well-equipped, and the air conditioning works very effectively.

This hotel offers great value for money in Myeongdong. My family and I stayed in a hotel for the first three nights, and while it was more convenient, the space was much smaller. Here, we had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. It's also quite convenient to walk to Myeongdong, though it takes about 6-7 minutes to reach the bustling area. I highly recommend it for families because the space is ample and it feels very cozy. Just remember to bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were also very comfortable, so I wholeheartedly recommend MS Hotel for families traveling to Seoul.

I stayed at Le Collective Gangnam SAC Signity from May 24 to June 12 and overall had a comfortable experience. The location was excellent; close to transit, cafés, and everything I needed during a long stay. The room was clean, quiet, and well‑maintained throughout my visit.
A few small improvements could make the stay even better, such as clearer check‑in instructions and slightly faster responses to inquiries. Still, the value for the price was solid, and I’d consider staying again.

We've stayed this hotel for 2 nights. Everything in bed room, living room, kitchin and bathroom are clean and comfortably prepared. We love styler in a room as it makes our clothes clean and fit with drape as new ones. Location of this hotel is very convenient as there are lots of restaurants with delicious many kinds of foods. We will come back next time when we are in Seoul. Thanks!

Cleanliness: The room was very new and tidy.
Environment: It's very close to Hongdae Subway Exit 1, just over 200 meters away. The surrounding area is a commercial district with convenience stores.
Service: The host contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival and check-out times and was very quick to respond to any questions.
Facilities: The guesthouse facilities are excellent.
