Very good value for money, parking is very convenient. Suitable for self-driving passengers. The hotel staff is very friendly, the surrounding environment is good, it is a newer residential community, very quiet.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit zB leckeren Erdbeeren, Ostergebäck.
Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sind schlicht und erfüllen den Zweck einer Übernachtung sehr gut.
Würde wieder für den unschlagbaren Preis sofort einchecken, absolute Empfehlung.

Stayed at this hotel during the music festival. I was pleasantly surprised, because it was pretty cheap considering the high demand in the city during the Wave-Gotik-Treffen. The room was better than expected for the price and the location is top notch. I will consider this hotel for the next year again.

Big hotel just outside Leipzig Hbf. Plenty of English spoken. Good choices for breakfast, but very busy. No overhead light in room.

The hotel is in the city center, with nice interior decoration and low-key appearance. I found the hotel only when I arrived at the door. Because I arrived on Sunday, there were few people in the city center and almost all businesses were closed. On Monday, the market near the hotel opened, which was really lively. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I basically walked to all the attractions. I like the Bach Museum the most. It is really enjoyable to listen to Bach's works with headphones!

In the city center, close to tourist attractions, the hotel is very clean, the toiletries are all Acqua di Parma, there are large shopping malls nearby, and eating is convenient. I will come again next time!

A great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

 The hotel's service staff is very good and will try their best to answer passengers' questions. Although the hotel is in the city center, it is very quiet and suitable for sleep. A large bed in the double room is relatively wide and sleeps well.

The room is big. Unfortunately we didn’t know that we have to take executive rooms in order to have the access to executive boardroom. Could be better if it specifies at the booking page. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel right next to the train station, with a grocery store nearby. We walked to all the attractions. The hotel was clean, and we loved everything about it.

Outstanding service, very friendly staff. Perfect location in Leipzig, close to railway station and to downtown pedestrian area, which starts at opposite side of the road. I could explore all the touristic spots in downtown by walking easily.
I will come here again, for sure!

The hotel is in perfect location near railway station and historic city center. Rooms are quiet and service is outstanding including valet parking service. In my impression the price for the room was low compared to the higher 5-star-level of the hotel.

Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training.
I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

The hotel room is modernly furnished. I personally missed a small fridge and a coffee/tea maker in the rooms. The spa area is very nice, although the pool water is quite cold. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness is also good. However, I was personally shocked by the extremely worn seating in the dining area. It is cheeky of the management to expect guests to sit in such seating.
This urgently needs to be changed.

Close to central station, amenities great. Entrance of the hotel with billiard, darts and games, perfect around the bar. Room was big and clean. Bed really comfortable. Shower big enough to fit 3!
