Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines. We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

I've chosen Shangri-La many times, and my stay at Shangri-La Suzhou this May Day holiday was overall comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, especially for visiting areas like Shiquan Street and other parts of the ancient city. The lobby is elegant and grand, blending the charm of Jiangnan with modern sophistication, creating an atmosphere that is both stately and welcoming. The room is spacious with a well-planned layout, high-quality soft furnishings, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a quiet rest amidst the bustling holiday. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with comprehensive amenities and thoughtful details. The service team is polite and attentive, responding promptly without being overly intrusive or distant, striking a perfect balance. The dining options are extensive, with breakfast offering both Western and Chinese choices, including authentic Suzhou flavors. During my leisure time, I strolled along Shiquan Street, where ancient bridges and flowing water complemented trendy shops. Returning to the hotel to relax afterward, my trip had a good balance of activity and relaxation. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

This Qingming holiday, I stayed at three hotels, and Wyndham was by far the best! Before booking, I saw some complaints about it being old, but I thought it was normal. For an established hotel, the hardware might be older, but what really matters is the soft services. Traveling with my child, I always feel more secure with well-known hotel brands. And indeed, I was very satisfied upon arrival. Our room was upgraded, and it was huge. The bathroom and walk-in closet felt almost like a suite layout. It was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. My child absolutely loved the classic European-style bed, feeling like a princess. The air conditioning was the absolute best. In March and April, I've stayed at Westin, Hilton, and Pullman, all of which had issues with the AC not being able to cool down enough, making the bedding feel stuffy. But at Wyndham, especially during this sudden warm spell, the Honeywell air conditioning was incredibly powerful. It provided the perfect, most comfortable temperature for sleeping under the covers that I'd experienced in days.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just three stops on Metro Line 4 from the train station, right outside the hotel, and Line 6 is also nearby, making travel very convenient! Upon entering the lobby, my first impression was how grand and clean it was. The greeters were all smiling, proactively saying hello, which felt very welcoming. After a quick check-in, I found the room to be exactly as depicted in the official pictures – very clean, with a comfortable view. The garden-view room offered a lovely sight of lush green trees and a river. I also want to thank all the staff at the breakfast buffet. They meticulously prepared a variety of Ningbo specialty snacks. I could really feel the kitchen's dedication to letting guests from all over experience local Ningbo flavors. I want to say that your hard work is appreciated. Thanks to the hotel's F&B and service departments for their efforts, which made our trip incredibly satisfying and enjoyable. I was even a little reluctant to leave. I look forward to staying here again next time.

My stay at the Intercontinental was truly fantastic. First off, the location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The Ferris wheel view room offered an amazing vista. There's also a huge Eslite Spectrum just 200 meters from the hotel, with the Eslite Bookstore on the third floor, and plenty of dining options on B1. Secondly, our butler, Ruby, was incredibly thoughtful. She checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and was so patient. The housekeeping staff were wonderful too; I told them on the first day what to clean and what to leave untouched, and when I saw the cleaning lady again the next day, she said she remembered everything... Oh, and the Pop Mart at Eslite is a great place to shop!

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is truly the best. Staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel in Suzhou isn't just accommodation – it's an unforgettable experience. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a sense of spaciousness. The design is stunning, using only natural materials like wood and stone – and the materials themselves are very pleasing to the eye and touch. The bed was very soft and comfortable – I slept wonderfully. My room had three panoramic windows overlooking a beautifully wild garden – birds, leaves, stones, all perfectly framed like living art. There was even a dedicated tea-drinking space, which added a deeper layer of calm and ritual to the stay. The bathroom floor is carved from a single piece of natural stone – a pleasure just to walk on. Every amenity you could need is there: lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, robes, iron, coffee machine. And surprisingly – a small library in the room. Amazing. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Nolan, who upgraded us to a studio, guided us to our room, explained everything, helped with luggage, and did it all fast and with a smile. The interiors throughout the hotel are beautiful – paintings, sculptures, retro photos everywhere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, smooth, and delicious. The only small note: the swimming pool and gym are a bit compact, but it really didn't matter given everything else. All in all, this was a unique experience that greatly enhanced my Suzhou trip. I'll definitely be coming back.

To be honest, I initially thought the Crowne Plaza Suzhou Taihu Lake wasn't cheap, but after staying there, I felt it was totally worth it. Every penny spent was evident in the experience. The first-line lake view of Jinji Lake is truly exceptional, and its direct view of the Gate of the Orient is a rare gem. The hotel's cruise-ship themed design is clearly a significant investment, with both the architecture and decor exuding quality. The high standard of service staff isn't achieved overnight; every detail reflects the management team's dedication. From the bedding and toiletries in the rooms to the facility maintenance, you can tell great care has been taken. The breakfast ingredients and presentation are also fitting for the price point. Another crucial aspect is that even though the hotel has some years on it, it's incredibly well-maintained, with absolutely no sense of being outdated, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location also saves on transportation time and costs; stepping out puts you right into a commercial district and subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. Overall, this is a five-star hotel with excellent value for money. The experience you get for the price is truly substantial. Highly recommended! (literally 'starfish pistachio' which is a playful way to say 'highly recommended' or 'five-star happy' in Chinese internet slang).

Staying at the W Hotel in Suzhou this time was an absolutely fantastic experience, exceeding all my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right by Jinji Lake. Both the room views and the overall ambiance are impeccable. The decor is stylish and modern, and the facilities are comprehensive and high-end, making for a supremely comfortable stay. I must give a huge shout-out to my dedicated service butler, Regina. Her service was truly flawless! From initial inquiries to the entire check-in process, everything was perfectly arranged. She proactively and thoughtfully asked about my needs, made check-in efficient and smooth, and even patiently helped me plan my Suzhou itinerary. She meticulously introduced the hotel's services and tips for using the room amenities, all with professionalism and a gentle demeanor. During my stay, whether it was a small request or an unexpected issue, I received an immediate response. She handled problems efficiently and gracefully. Her service throughout was warm yet discreet; she never intruded but always showed thoughtful attention to detail, making my stay feel secure and pleasant. Both the hotel's quality and Regina's dedicated and thoughtful service were impeccable. This is definitely my top choice for a stay in Suzhou! Even though I'm a Diamond member, I'm still not a big fan of writing reviews, but since my butlers Tracy and Rain asked, I'll write one. My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to fully experience the butler service, but I look forward to it next time. This is my second stay at Park Hyatt Suzhou, and I'm still giving it 5 stars. It remains one of the best hotels in Suzhou in my opinion, with consistently high standards. I love the decor; you can tell the materials and craftsmanship are top-notch, and the room maintenance is excellent. This stay was in a Ferris Wheel view room, and the night view was stunning. However, I did notice a slightly stuffy, unventilated smell in the room, so I'd suggest improving the fresh air system. The room cleanliness and turndown service were good, and there was even a lovely handwritten card. The flowers and fish in the public areas are beautiful, especially the fish – they're incredibly plump and well-kept, very therapeutic to watch. Breakfast, as always, met high standards; the overnight oats, freshly squeezed juice, ham slices, and fruit were all fantastic. Just a few small suggestions: The comb in the room isn't great; perhaps consider switching to a cushion brush like other luxury brands. Also, the cutlery in the restaurant, particularly the metal spoons, are quite old and heavily scratched. It might be time to replace them.

The ambiance is wonderfully peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to unwind and clear your mind. While the resort isn't overly large, simply enjoying the lake views and taking leisurely strolls each day was incredibly pleasant. The only downside was the intense heat during our stay, which limited our ability to explore for extended periods. **Cleanliness:** Everything was spotlessly clean. The pool water was also meticulously maintained, seemingly refreshed with each new booking, which was impressive. **Facilities:** We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit. The layout of the upstairs bedroom felt more practical and well-designed. Downstairs, however, the bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area, making the room quite humid after a shower, although thankfully a dehumidifier was provided. The tatami mat in the lounge area was very spacious, large enough to comfortably sleep two additional people. **Service:** The service was excellent and very responsive. Our room was promptly serviced on the second day. A special thank you to our butler, Adrian! **Minor Drawback:** The only slight drawback was perhaps the dining options. After trying two meals, we'd recommend sticking to the Western menu, as the Chinese food, in particular, offered quite poor value for money.

This was a great value-for-money stay, and a fantastic place for kids! 😂 Originally, after the concert, I wanted to head home, but my child didn't want to leave, and it started raining with nowhere else to go, so we ended up here. Although we missed the midday activities, there's a kids' play area and a pool. Both Chinese and Western meals can be enjoyed at the hotel. You can hand your child over to the hotel's kids' activities, and the adults can relax nearby. The hotel environment and service are excellent, the room facilities are great, and the views outside are beautiful. The room booking included one breakfast, and children over 6 years old pay half price. Personally, I found the breakfast buffet to be much better value than the lunch buffet. You can reserve a table, and the restaurant offers beautiful lake views.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Suzhou, and my overall stay was incredibly satisfying, far exceeding my expectations. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I'm usually quite picky about hotel hygiene, but this stay truly put my mind at ease. The room was thoroughly cleaned; I didn't find any dust, water stains, or even a single hair on the desk, floor, or in the bathroom corners. The bedding felt dry and soft with no strange odors, clearly indicating a very standardized cleaning process. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and both the toilet and shower area were meticulously clean, making me feel completely comfortable using them. The room's overall decor featured warm, light wood tones, which created a very comfortable ambiance and none of that cramped feeling you sometimes get in budget hotels. The space was quite generous, with a well-arranged layout that included a small round table by the window, an office chair, and a wardrobe area. The lighting was soft and pleasant, not harsh at all. With the sheer curtains drawn at night, it was very quiet, and the soundproofing was effective, allowing me to sleep soundly. Amenities like the TV, air conditioning, and water heater were all new and worked perfectly; the shower water heated up quickly and had good pressure. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. Overall, this hotel excels in cleanliness, ambiance, and service, making it a truly pleasant experience for me. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Suzhou.

I am definitely a frequent traveler/stayer/eater, and I have experienced many high-end hotels/boutique B&Bs/boutique restaurants. But this time I want to say: This boutique B&B (inn) is worth my recommendation. 1. The owner of the inn is a famous Suzhou garden designer, so the taste and foundation of the inn are very good. 2. The male and female managers have a good hobby and cultivation of tea art/meditation and meditation, which adds a lot of added value and fun to the inn. 3. In addition to the good breakfast included in the inn, the inn owner will also invite customers to join their private lunch and dinner, which is very authentic Hunan cuisine, which is simply a unique and exquisite dish in Tongli. 4. Warm and warm service and feeling. . . . Of course, other routine services are also very good, so I won’t say more. In short, recommended!

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the ******* guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰
