My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was a wonderful experience. I had a nice room at the third floor facing the pond. Behind the hotel, there is a link to the Garden. Very nice scenic spots in the Garden. You can take a stroll there during your free time. The breakfast is great, with a good spread of food where one can select. Overall, a great stay in Suzhou Pan Pacific. Strongly recommended.

Guanqian Street/Pingjiang Street Suzhou|4km from city center
I wouldn't recommend this place; besides the convenient location, everything else was truly indescribable. First, during check-in, I had booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready and they said I'd have to wait. That wait turned into a long ordeal. I called a few times to follow up, but got no response. After more than an hour, I went down to the front desk to complain, and only then was the check-in finally resolved. Then there's the hotel's corridor – it's endlessly long, and ridiculously, only one end has an elevator (I have no idea who designed that). If you happen to be staying in a room at the very end of the hall, you'll be getting a workout every day just walking back and forth. The elevator control system also had issues; sometimes it required a key card, other times it didn't. Overall, the experience was terrible. I especially wouldn't recommend it for those traveling with elderly people or children.

Everything was great. We had a minor issue in the middle, but it was all resolved. Special thanks to Sara Lin for her assistance; she was dedicated and we could truly feel her warmth and sincerity. I came to Suzhou for Liu Yuxin's XANADU 2.0 concert. I chose Hilton because it's a well-established brand and not far from the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, which proved to be the right decision. I was very satisfied with the environment, service, and comfort. As soon as I arrived, hotel staff helped me with my luggage from the car, and then again when I got to my room. They also greeted me every time I took a taxi in or out. When I left, they helped with my luggage too. While I feel these services should be standard for a five-star hotel, not all five-star hotels pay attention to these details, so it's great that they maintain this standard! The room was also very comfortable and clean. My concert trip this time was satisfying in every aspect. Seeing my favorite singer perform, falling in love with the beautiful city of Suzhou, and a hotel that met my expectations – I'm very happy!

Stayed during the Chinese New Year. Due to my late arrival, my originally booked room wasn't available. Gwen at the front desk was incredibly helpful, coordinating everything and eventually upgrading me to an Oriental Gate Lake View King Room. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, running back and forth to communicate – much appreciated! While the hotel isn't brand new, it's very well-maintained and clean, with good attention to detail. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only minor downsides were that during the busy Chinese New Year period, I wasn't able to get a late checkout, which made the next morning feel very rushed. Also, the towels weren't as clean as they could be, though I understand they were likely very busy. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The scenery is beautiful, and the area around the hotel is great for a stroll. Eslite Bookstore is super convenient, just out the back door and across a bridge. However, subway access isn't convenient. There's also a Suzhou-style restaurant on the first floor if you don't feel like venturing out.

Environment: For this trip, I booked a deluxe king-size room. Nearing Chinese New Year, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe garden-view room, 1216, which is a private, second-floor unit. You can see the Gate of Heaven from there. The room was very spacious and clean, with an overall Suzhou-style design that, along with the bookshelf and tea tray, perfectly matched the 'Book Garden' theme. There's an elegant small garden just past the lobby, as well as a bar and afternoon tea spot with a view. Restaurants: The two restaurants, Banting Jiayan and Sumianfang, mean there's absolutely no need to look for other dining options. They get very busy during meal times, with many local families bringing their elders to eat. The food is excellent, especially the pastries, which are sweet but not cloying. There's even Pingtan (Suzhou storytelling and ballad singing) to enjoy. You might have to wait for a table for Suzhou noodles at breakfast, but the crab roe noodles and sea cucumber noodles are incredibly fresh and delicious. Just outside the restaurant is Jinji Lake, perfect for a leisurely stroll after your meal – very comfortable and relaxing. Service: From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptionally thoughtful. Every staff member maintained a smiling demeanor. A big thank you to Puti and Baihe for providing such warm service during the Spring Festival. I highly recommend choosing the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou for anyone visiting Suzhou!

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the bustling city center with dense bus and subway lines nearby, making it incredibly easy to get to major attractions and business districts. There are countless restaurants around, offering everything from local snacks to international cuisine, and daily necessities like supermarkets and pharmacies are also within easy reach. The hotel environment is clean and elegant; public areas are spacious and bright, with a simple yet stylish decor that creates a warm and comfortable living atmosphere. The room's hygiene was reassuringly excellent, cleaned with great attention to detail. The sheets and duvet covers were as white as new, pillows fluffy and soft. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, no standing water in the floor drain, towels neatly folded, and disinfection work was thorough. The staff were well-trained and genuinely friendly; both the front desk and room service showed high levels of professionalism. Requests were handled promptly, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. Scallops and crabs.

This was my first birthday stay at a Marriott International luxury brand, the W Suzhou. The hotel boasts an excellent location at the intersection of Xinggang Street and Suhui Road, within Suzhou Center Building 7, close to popular attractions like Jinji Lake Scenic Area and the iconic Gate of the Orient. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel's ground floor lobby has a unique,江南 (Jiangnan)-inspired design. Upon entering, there's a bar, and to the right is the front desk for check-ins. Nearby, you'll also find the WOOBAR and a boutique. The second floor houses ballrooms and Sushi SAKi, with meeting rooms extending to the third floor. The fourth floor is home to The Kitchen Table, which serves breakfast for in-house guests in the mornings and a buffet dinner in the evenings. On the thirty-fourth floor is Su Yan, while the thirty-fifth floor features the spa and AWAY® Spa. The thirty-sixth floor has the FIT fitness center and WET® Pool, and the thirty-seventh floor offers à la carte drinks and dinner, with beautiful night views from the window seats. The hotel offers five types of suites: a 96-square-meter Wonderful King, Jinji Lake View Suite; a 96-square-meter Cool Corner, Jinji Lake View Suite; a 106-square-meter Fabulous, Jinji Lake View Suite; a 113-square-meter Fantastic, Jinji Lake View Suite; and a 200-square-meter Wow, Jinji Lake View Suite. I stayed in the 113-square-meter Fantastic Jinji Lake View Suite, which had a well-designed layout, was quiet and comfortable, and felt fresh and airy. Upon entering, there's a large round mirror, behind which is the living area. To the right of the living area is the bedroom, and further in the bedroom, you'll find a bathtub and a separate wet/dry bathroom with a shower. Both the living room and bedroom windows offer stunning views of Jinji Lake and the Gate of the Orient. Sitting by the window, sipping coffee, and admiring the beautiful night scenery is truly a delightful experience! The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. During check-in, they proactively offered information about nearby attractions and transportation routes, which was much appreciated and highly commendable! Overall, my birthday stay was extremely satisfying!

A very comfortable hotel. The front desk manager was incredibly welcoming, arranging our room and making restaurant reservations – perfect service! The hotel restaurant offered delicious and affordable food, and we enjoyed authentic Suzhou specialties like Squirrel-shaped Fish and Braised Pork. The room facilities were complete, and the bathtub was very clean. The only minor drawback was the confusing light control; it seemed impossible to turn off the main lights and just leave the bedside lamps on. However, overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to parks and shopping malls, it offers convenient transportation, making it a worry-free choice for both leisure and business travel. Room (Diplomat Suite): ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The space is generous with ample natural light and a well-thought-out layout. However, the view outside the window is of the top of an opposite building, so the vista is only average, which is a slight drawback. Service & Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The front desk, concierge, restaurant, and room service staff are all warm, courteous, and responsive. The breakfast selection, however, is relatively limited and feels a bit sparse compared to other five-star hotels in the same category. An improvement in variety would be welcome. Facility Maintenance: ⭐⭐⭐ The room is comfortable and odor-free, but the hotel has some age to it. Bathroom tiles show discoloration due to dampness, and the water flow from the faucet in the main bathroom's sink is a bit weak. Maintenance needs to be stepped up. Design Aesthetic: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Both the hotel's exterior and internal flow boast a strong design sensibility, offering a powerful visual impact that aligns perfectly with promotional images and texts. It's a highly recognizable spot worth visiting. Overall Summary: With its outstanding location and design, and attentive service, this is a worthy accommodation option if panoramic views and an extensive breakfast aren't top priorities.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from the heart. Our stay at Naked Water in Suzhou was unforgettable—not just because of the breathtaking scenery or the stunning villa with its private pools (yes, both hot and lukewarm!), but because of the people who made our time there genuinely magical. A special thanks to Devin, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a private in-villa dining experience for my proposal. With the help of Nancy and Adrian—two incredibly kind and thoughtful staff members—they set up a beautifully decorated table inside our villa, complete with fresh flowers, flawless food presentation, and a warm, graceful presence throughout the evening. They even prepared parting gifts for us and were on hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. Their support turned my carefully planned moment into something even more meaningful. I’ll never forget it—and neither will my now fiancée. The villa itself was gorgeous—secluded, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Waking up to the quiet of nature, soaking in the private pools, and spotting the resort’s friendly pets wandering about (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) made the entire experience feel intimate and grounding. This place isn’t just a getaway—it’s where memories are made. We’re already planning to come back for our anniversary. Eternally grateful.

We booked the Capybara-themed family room this time, and it was a great experience for the kids. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we were given a room facing the lake. I imagine the view would be stunning on a clear day. The hotel's location and surroundings are absolutely fantastic. The staff were also excellent; they even offered a complimentary breakfast for our child when they saw how young he was, and the breakfast spread itself was varied and plentiful. Had a small get-together with friends at the end of the year, and since I've stayed at Hotel Nikko many times before, I chose it again. This time, I booked an executive floor room. The floor was quite high up, and the lounge's happy hour started at 5:30 PM, which was enough for dinner. After eating, we could mix our own drinks or grab soft drinks. Sitting together, chatting, and enjoying the night view was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast selection was extensive, with Chinese, Japanese, and Western options. I was pleasantly surprised to find Suzhou's local specialty, Zhu Xinnian Tangyuan (sweet rice dumplings), and I was thrilled to try a savory meat one! Coincidentally, the cast of ”Elisabeth” was also staying at the hotel during my visit. My friend had just seen the show and was so happy to see them again at the hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I booked it last minute for New Year's Eve on Trip.com, originally for a standard double room. Upon arrival, I was told it had no window. After seeing it, I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe twin, which was pricier but offered a much larger room. It's directly facing the train station, and public transportation to nearby attractions is convenient. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is quite spacious and offers a good variety of options.

Inside Tongli Ancient Town Suzhou|20.31km from city center
I am definitely a frequent traveler/stayer/eater, and I have experienced many high-end hotels/boutique B&Bs/boutique restaurants. But this time I want to say: This boutique B&B (inn) is worth my recommendation. 1. The owner of the inn is a famous Suzhou garden designer, so the taste and foundation of the inn are very good. 2. The male and female managers have a good hobby and cultivation of tea art/meditation and meditation, which adds a lot of added value and fun to the inn. 3. In addition to the good breakfast included in the inn, the inn owner will also invite customers to join their private lunch and dinner, which is very authentic Hunan cuisine, which is simply a unique and exquisite dish in Tongli. 4. Warm and warm service and feeling. . . . Of course, other routine services are also very good, so I won’t say more. In short, recommended!

East of Suzhou Industrial Park/Eslite Suzhou|12.85km from city center
Pros: Excellent service, very clean room, perfect heating, hygienic and clean towels, comfortable bed and pillows for a good sleep, good soundproofing, convenient location. Cons: The window faces another room very closely, so the curtains have to stay closed. The driveway in front of the main entrance is narrow.

West of Suzhou Industrial Park/Suchow Center Suzhou|10.4km from city center
Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the ******* guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰
