This super beautiful hotel looks like a palace from a distance, and the interior is even more beautiful, showing the designer's intentions in every aspect. All the staff are very hospitable and everyone has a smile. The executive lounge is open five times a day, with cocktails and red wine every night. The breakfast is rich and there are many famous Tianjin snacks. The pancakes and fruits taste particularly good and the supply exceeds demand. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Our hotel stay was absolutely amazing!! The front desk helped us with everything that we needed, they were also friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them. The rooms were very clean and everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, very much! This was definitely one of our favorite trips.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

The environment of the Oil Field Hotel is good, with a spacious sunny courtyard and convenient parking. My friend recommended to go to another theme hotel, but it felt so gloomy that I didn't go in. In the end, I chose this side, after all, it is an old hotel. trustworthy. I will come back next time.

I stayed at the Yujiapu InterContinental Hotel in Tianjin Binhai twice, and the experience was very good. Location: The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the Binhai High-speed Railway Station. There are also parking spaces if you drive. Environment: The hotel is very new, the lobby is very comfortable, the room is clean and refreshing, there is a bathtub for bathing, and there is a place to sit in the shower room, which is very convenient for bathing children. The pillows have soft and hard and anti-sensitive options, which is very user-friendly. Service: From the lobby service desk to the room service, they are very enthusiastic. During the holidays, there are small activities for children to play with naughty bags and round fans in the lobby of the apartment. Every time I come, the children have to play for a long time. Food and drink: There are many varieties of breakfast buffets, including Chinese and Western pancakes, beef noodles. When I came last year, I had a dinner buffet. The night view was beautiful and the food was quite good. Remember to come early, otherwise there will be no seats.

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

On June 3, I drove from Beijing to Tianjin Stadium to watch Zhou Chuanxiong's concert, so I booked this hotel not far from the stadium! The first time I stayed at the Conrad Hotel, I had high expectations, but the result was not satisfactory! The following are slots 1. Is the economic situation good now? There was a long queue at check-in, and the lady at the front desk upgraded the suite for free, which is great! The most exaggerated thing is that there is a queue for the breakfast buffet the next day. This is the first time I have encountered it! 2. The sign of the hotel's underground parking lot is extremely unclear and confusing, especially the exit sign. The parking lot is useless! 3. After watching the concert, I wanted to go back to the room to take a bath, but the piston of the bathtub was broken, and there was no way to repair it in the middle of the night, so I had to give up! There are only a few tissues in the tissue box in the bedroom and they are gone! 4. After checking out in the afternoon, I ordered pasta and pear juice in the lobby. I really waited for the flowers to wither, and it took almost 40 minutes to serve the meal. This time, the whole banquet was prepared! The waiter told me that the back kitchen didn't see the order at first! I'm drunk too! The checkout plus service fee will cost more than two hundred! I won't comment on the taste! Fortunately, it cost a little 150 to get a discount for the gold card. The key is that the experience is not good! 5. The room is really big, and the equipment and facilities are okay. I'm on the second floor and the scenery is fine! You can see Tianjin TV Tower just by going out! I really don't recommend it, this price should be set at a hotel beside the Haihe River where you can see the river view and night view, it is more worth it! sorry 🥹

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.

It was my first time to stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Binhai. I had a great experience. I was given free water coupons and fruits for my stay. There are also large supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient. Because I drive by myself, it is very convenient to go anywhere. Wang Yushuai at the front desk is very nice and special. He was polite and gave the children snacks. I don’t know if it’s because of the Spring Festival holiday.
