The front desk of the hotel made a mistake in the bill and sent an email urging me to pay. After I replied to the email and asked her to check it twice, I still insisted on letting me pay, which made me very angry! Because European communication can use email, it is very troublesome to write emails and call to deal with these things during travel. Fortunately, Trip.com intervened to re-verify the cancellation of the bill.
The course experience is OK, the brunch is great.

Everything is great! Food, rooms, courses, museums are all great value, the staff are also very good, it is easy to make an appointment for personal lessons in the off-season!

性價比不高
1）它有2幢建築物 我們被安排到餐廳那一幢
要自己搬行李過馬路 要搬幾級梯級
吃早餐和到泳池也不在這幢大廈
2）除了洗頭水沐浴露護髮素之外，牙刷要問才有，vanity kit只有一盒派完了，水只有第一天才供應
3）裝修系幾時尚，但用起上來質素比較差，喇叭音質差，洗手盤太淺常常濺出水，沖涼地方的水必定流出外，地板很多塵清潔不乾淨，床舖不舒服
4）早餐還可以。但相比我住在Mallocra另一間價格平30%的酒店差一點
總括我不會推薦朋友入住

Perfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly

The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff.
The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices.

It was one of the cutest hotels I have stayed in. It is perfectly located. Wonderful hotel, light, airy, and super clean . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. So much choice, fresh and nutritious.
I will not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend to others. Thank you for making my stay pleasant..

Nos ha sorprendido gratamente este hotel. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo en primera línea de mar, con unas vistas preciosas al puerto de Porto Cristo. La relación calidad-precio ha sido excelente: nos ha salido muy bien de precio para todo lo que ofrece. Aunque nuestra habitación estaba en el edificio anexo (donde también están el spa y el gimnasio), estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda. No echamos nada en falta. Contratamos el desayuno y fue todo un acierto: muy completo, con mucha variedad y productos de calidad. Un desayuno de hotel de los de verdad. Además, el trato del personal fue impecable. Amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Ideal para una escapada tranquila frente al mar.

The hotel is near one of the must-do tourist spots (Drach Caves) so in terms of walking distance to the place this hotel is great. Also close to the beach, restaurants and shops, very convenient in the west coast.
Lobby is spacious and cool. There are free drinks at the bar as a welcome gift.
The hotel has a gym, a swimming pool and a massage salon, very well equipped.
Room is spacious and comfortable.
The only shame is the booking site shows only beautiful seaview rooms but my room doesn’t have any view (face the wall of another building).
Overall still a good experience.

It was a bit far from the center, which was disappointing, but the price was cheaper. The staff was friendly, but there were times when they left out things they said they would take care of because it was a honeymoon, and some of the facilities were broken. Other than these things, I am living very comfortably.

Parking and valet fees are free! I was able to stay comfortably as they unloaded and moved all my luggage. It's a shame that it's a bit far from the tourist attractions, but it's not inconvenient as there are many things to do within the resort. The room was very spacious, so it felt like it was a private accommodation, which was nice!

The public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good.

This hotel hidden in the countryside of Mallorca perfectly interprets the ”modern healing in the historical heritage” and is suitable for a period of recuperation. The environment is beautiful and the place is large; the facilities are complete; the service is active and enthusiastic; the dinner is authentic.
