Great hotel in Tehran, but high prices, Encourage the room service and the housekeeping staff to learn English for better communication with guests, or please hired qualified staff, the night shift staff in the room service less qualified in comparing with the day shift staff, I mean the staff who answer the phone and get the order. Thank you

The hotel is located in the central area of Tehran, and the transportation is quite convenient. It is about a 20-minute walk from the subway station. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that is delicious, but the price is more expensive. The breakfast is average, the room facilities are average, the room is clean, and the service staff are very friendly to Chinese people. Tehran is cheaper to take a taxi, but it is also more prone to traffic jams. Staying in such small and medium-sized hotels in Tehran is not cost-effective. You can spend a little more money to stay in luxury hotels, or you can stay in cheap hostels.

The reason i give poor service is because of receptionists attitude which was very rude, He made fun of me several times until i reacted. this should never happen in a hotel and with the hotel staff. Safe in the room did not work until after 2 days which they sent someone to fix it. The man who worked at night shift as i mentioned was very rude. Otherwise Ok Hotel with a simple standard and clean. Thank you Faramarz Nikouee

The location is good, close to the Revolution Square, the subway and taxi are very convenient, not far from the university and computer city, and there is a mosque next to it. The surrounding restaurants are also very friendly, full and not expensive, and you can eat a full meal for 20 to 50 yuan per person.

The gym is not for free. The sweets and water in the fridge are not free . Breakfast is OK. But I will rather stay in the 3 star hotel 50meters from aramis hotel. Otherwise I will recommend Grand1 4star hotel .

The service from all the staff - top notch. Friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. Internet is great, but the suites at the end of the hallway have are a little slow

Excellent location, comfortable bed, and well designed room setup. Street view rooms can be a bit noisy at night, but the lobby and the café on the second floor are wonderful.

It was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them . The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.

Nice hotel, in the city center, close to the subway, there are many shops and dried fruit shops around. The rooms are ok, and the conditions are quite different from those in other countries. There was nothing to look at from the window.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, there is nothing special nearby, but it is not far to the center. Beautiful lobby interior. The rooms are a bit old, but maintained. The beds are narrow, the mattresses and pillows are hard. Breakfast for 5 stars is poor but tasty. Omelettes and pancakes are fried, there are freshly squeezed juices and good machine coffee. A good view of the city and mountains from the window, if you take a higher floor or from the restaurant on the 12th floor.
- Guest User
The hotel environment and facilities are average. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with a good view. I strongly recommend the Xixi Li grilled lamb chops. The breakfast has Chinese characteristics. The restaurant is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas, which is very humane.

1) For the hotel's wireless network, after the screen of the mobile phone is turned off, you have to re-enter the account password, which is good for those who need to exercise patience 2) The curtains are not drawn tightly, and the same is true when you change rooms. There is a hole under the bedside cabinet. I don’t know why. 3) The shower in the bathroom is a little bit out of focus 4) There is no quilt in winter, blankets are enough 5) After staying for a week, every morning at 9 o'clock, I would knock on the door of each room on time. For some reason, I woke up and went to open the door, but no one was there. 6) The rental car that the hotel shouted was about 3-4 times the price of the Sannap outside. I tried it once, but I didn’t continue to sit. 7) The breakfast is very rich and the service is in place. 8) The park next to the hotel is very comfortable. I hope the hotel can improve its services and facilities, and I will stay again next time. By the way, this is the place where Yu Qiuyu stayed overnight when he wrote ”A Thousand Years of Sigh” in Iran.

One of the best hotels in terms of location and service. I was very satisfied with this hotel, its staff, food, location and service. There is a Namakdon restaurant in the hotel itself, which was very beautiful and the food was excellent. The hotel is attached to Laleh Park and opposite the shopping center, there are restaurants, confectionery, etc. Excellent in every way... the price was cheaper than most places.

When I visited Iran at the first time my iranian friend reserved this hotel for me, the location is very good, closed to exchange company, and closed to travel agent, also not far from domestic airport, if you wanna travel in the country, I think it's a good choice, every time I come to Iran usually reserve this hotel. The hotel room very big and very clean, service very good as well, only the breakfast just so so.
- HongguoZhao
The hotel is relatively new, the service is good, and the breakfast selection is also good compared to other hotels. It is not far from Chinese restaurants. The only drawback is that it seems difficult to check in at night. I arrived at one o'clock and had to stay in the hotel next door.
