I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

the facilities, materials and attention to detail in decor and lighting are amazing. The quality of the food itself was top notch. The front desk staff was also very personable. Nearly the entire rest of the staff, particularly the male staff, left much to be desired. their standard of service and speed fell below many casual and lower tier restaurants and hotels. The cheesecake factory, a casual dining restaurant has a higher level of service than this 5 star hotel. The waitstaff does not anticipate that a coffee drinker will drink more coffee. when serving, they will reach over the entire length of the table instead of taking a step to the side. The staff is very aggressive on prebussing, they will ask to remove a plate you are actively eating from as well as remove a plate with food that is left unattended without asking. ”Managers” will interrupt an active conversation to check if everything is ok. Culturally, they are also not aware of any ”over” egg styles, e.g. overeasy/med/hard. Admittedly this culture abstains largely from alcohol, but the bar staff is not aware of many standard cocktails and seems unaware, unable or unwilling to Google them.

Abdallah Nemrat & kareem the mixologist are the best at the Roberto’s pub. The did above & beyond to make our night unforgettable. We did had wonderful dinner. Foods was amazing, Service is more than I expected. Kareem did for me the best of clear Negroni, Which is really impressive.

This might very well be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was luxury personified and the service was top notch. With a flight landing at 2am the accommodations were perfect to recoup from jet lag.

I stayed at st. Regis Amman last year and it was new and the staff were still not very professional, BUT let me tell you about my current stay, ”I LOVE MY STAY AND I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN”, my friend and i arrived last night, we booked a room and got an upgrade, the staff are very professional and friendly and despite the face masks you can tell they are smiling, room service and house keeping are great we love the way they cleaned our room and the services they offered since we arrived.. thank you st. Regis this is exactly how moving to next level looks like.. all the love in the world for making our stay memorable 💖

Disappointing stay
The public facilities in the hotel are perfect, but there are many problems in other aspects.
Room
1) The bed is too soft, and the whole person is sunk in the bed.
2) The air conditioner is still very cold when the temperature is adjusted to the highest (28 degrees), and the room will be very hot when the air conditioner is turned off.
3) The bath water is not very hot when it reaches the highest point.
4) The bathtub is not cleaned, and you can see a layer of oil floating on the water after putting the water in.
Poor service.
1) I called for toiletries, but I didn't deliver it after waiting for 20 minutes.
2) The waiter in the breakfast restaurant ignored the guests. They sat down for five minutes. Several waiters walked by and looked at each other, but no one came to ask if they needed water or order.
The choice of breakfast is very limited and not tasty.

Good hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms. I was surprised that at the entrance to the hotel there is a check, like at the airport - they roll and check the bags.
Breakfast with not a very rich choice, BUT everything is delicious)
The disadvantage is that the socket is only on one side of the bed.

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.

It is definitely the second choice for Amman. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a commercial street near the hotel. There are duty-free shops and supermarkets. I feel that many Arab princes enjoy leisure here. The hotel has a very good breakfast, as well as a swimming pool with a 42-story view.

According to Trip.com's search results, my colleague chose one. The local colleague said that the location of this house was very good, so I chose this one. It turns out to be a great choice, not only the transportation location is convenient, safe, but also there are many shopping malls and restaurants around. The key is that the service is superb, the clerk is very polite and friendly to the in-house guests, the room is very spacious, breakfast will come to greet and take the initiative to pour tea, and will understand the opinions and suggestions of customers.
- Maaiyushi_Jade
The price is comparable to the five-star luxury hotels like Rotana and W, but the facilities feel no different from the Samsung hotel. The room is very humid and the furniture is very old. So I don’t want to live there if the price is not high.

I stayed at the W in amman for 3 weeks during May. The first time I stayed in April, I ran into a few issues that immediately got fixed next time I visited: 1- I got upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable given that my stay was a long one. Thank you Omar Yousef, you’re the best. 2- Hotel staff started calling me by my first name showing great care and specialty treatment 3- Mesh (breakfast area) staff were awesome. In specific my favorite server Abdallah who as soon as I step into Mesh, knows what coffee I want, where I would sit and what I would like to have ready on my table. It’s nice to have someone predict your needs without you saying a word. I was also impressed by Alexa’s arabic language skills and welcoming attitude. 4- Staff are courteous and try to interact with you, asking about your day, how you are liking your stay, etc. Hayek and Ahmad Dandis, I am grateful for your care :) 5- Spa services were great. It was my birthday and i decided to gift myself a massage at the spa. Sham, the spa coordinator prepared a nice bd card for me and a nice treat! It was lovely :) 6- Hotel Location is central and there are a lot of amenities around. 7- Unexpected gesture during my last day with a lovely card from the team. It made my day :) Excellent experience, will come back soon <3

I had an excellent stay here. Staff are attentive & welcoming. The pool area had to be our favourite, as you can order food and drinks to your cabana. The bar staff by the pool was amazing, and special shout to Musa - our mixologist for most of the time, he really elevated my experience! I am a travel blogger, so if you’re interested in seeing my full review it will be in @riarockyexplores on Instagram!

The hotel is not bad for organizing. If you come to Amman, you can check in. This time is for a business visit. The hotel is near the center. It is convenient to buy and eat. The company is very close to the company.
