The only problems I had were the comforter and the bathroom sink. The comforter had rolled up little stuffing in each square. It was strange and they probably should replace the comforters. The bathroom sink took over an hour to drain. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would rate the front desk staff a 5 out of 5. Very friendly.

The hotel equipment is extremely old and backward. The elevator was slow and carded in the 1920s. The room size is very small and there is no description at all. Very not recommended, low cost

The best choice in Salt Lake City must be here. The hotel is very new and in a good location. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the church, the state government, and the mall. We booked a corner twin room, which was large and clean. Cleaning must be done before 11:00. No one will clean the room after this time. Don't forget to tip.

The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.

Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

The environment and hygiene of the hotel are very good, and it is also close to the airport. The dinner in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is the most comfortable meal I have had outside in the past month since entering the United States. It is very, very good; the breakfast waiter is very nice. The only drawback is that the hotel’s swimming pool is too small and is only suitable for children to play.
