Chicken and pad thai room service is a great Banya Tree. Great view and There are two shower booths where you can use the spacious private spa steam shower. The bed is very soft, so if you pass out for a while, you will pass out without realizing that time has passed. If you do not know or need anything, please ask the front manager You help me in the best way Leave a good memory and take a good rest!

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Very beautiful. The atrium is very beautiful and luxurious. The living room is also spacious and is just the right size for a few people to hang out together. It's also quiet and safe. The scenery is beautiful and you will feel elegant. This is my first time using solid shampoo and conditioner, but they are of very good quality. The staff are also very kind. The bar had a wide selection of spirits, especially the ********* whisky. A very good hotel to enjoy Gangnam. There were a lot of young local women in the ba*****t spa. Cigarettes are not allowed inside the building.

There are many kinds of breakfast, the room is very comfortable, and there is plenty of mineral water. The only shortcoming is that you need to find it when you want to go to the hotel from the bus station, but you won't get lost.

The front desk can communicate in English. The hotel is very beautifully decorated. The room overlooks downtown Seoul and the night view is beautiful. The hotel has a rich breakfast. I stayed for three nights and the hotel sent free exquisite snacks and red wine every night. Service Very good, I will stay there next time👍

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The hotel exudes a nice, glitzy charm, but the staff's reserved demeanor contrasts with the lively nature of Koreans. Although the additional room I booked was a tad expensive, I appreciated the wooden tub and the thoughtful gesture of free cocktails during sunset. It's conveniently surrounded by a mall and offers a pleasant walk along the river. Further on, there's a vibrant pedestrian area

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

The hotel is very nice To go to the pool or have breakfast It was a bit inconvenient because I had to go to another building. I go with my baby, but it's cold because it's winter. There were many 1-2 lane roads on the way, so it was not easy to drive. I couldn't go to the outdoor retreat because I was with a baby. The indoor pool jacuzzi was warm and nice.
