Rooms are ok but too warm. Breakfast is great and employees are very friendly - but: I arrived late evening and hotel parking was full. They told me round the corner to a public parking (around 150m from hotel lobby). 2 very old and very shabby ticket machines. One only takes coins, the other one coins and bills, but bills are defective. Do you always have 10 Euro coins in your pocket?!? There was a handwritten remark that a separate machine should change bills to coins but I did not find any such machine. Ok, then went angry to the lobby. The receptionist changed a bill to coins and told me sorry you have to walk back and try! Now one machine only took 6 Euro before blocking and the other one only 3 Euro - but one night costs 10 Euro. I Still do not know if I will receive a fine because the ticket times did not match the night. I was lucky that it did not rain. The receptionist apologized and said the hotel depends on this public parking but the city of Potsdam does not improve the situation. Shame! I am still angry.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Every morning, we were treated to a sumptuous breakfast spread, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Truly a gem in the city. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch experience!

The hotel was very good. The room was absolutely bad. The staff left 2 towels and went away. The reception staff were very interestless. We didn't see the only one working who smiled at the hotel. Breakfast was very good. It is generally recommended.
