Overall, it is close to the airport, clean, no carpet in the room, newly renovated. There is no elevator, and you have to carry your luggage yourself. The most incredible thing is that the shower room does not have a water retaining bar. The toilet leaks after a shower and the floor is full of water. There is no hotel shuttle and, if you ask, the hotel will charge you more than you would pay for a taxi. All hotel staff are friendly and willing to help you with anything. The twin room is more spacious, clean and tidy, separated from wet and dry, there is mineral water, bathrobe, but no slippers, there is a quilt, which can cover the big quilt of the twin bed. One of us is more embarrassing. Can sleep in a bathrobe. Breakfast is nothing special, no different from the average hotel. Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell.

The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Breakfast ok, but poor service of supplying cutlery etc, have to ask for obvious things that should be our for guest.
Staff quite miserable, need to smile more.

Located at the entrance to the Medina, the location is excellent. The service is friendly, but the building itself is a bit worn.
If you enjoy a quaint atmosphere, you might find it appealing.

The street in front of the hotel is always crowded, making it difficult to hail a taxi. Therefore, I recommend walking a bit to catch a taxi or getting off and walking.

A decent hotel in at the end of old town markets. Good value for money and breakfast will get you by. I wish the TV had a few more channels for evening wind down, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay again.
