The hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very basic, and the grout in the bathroom was dirty. The Dahlmann reception staff were extremely friendly to us. However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool. All in all, it was just okay.

An absolutely stunning hotel! The experience was flawless from start to finish. The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. Well…Someone entered our room in the middle of the night as they had a copy of our card (I don’t know how). After reporting it to their staff, we asked to change a room. He came up to understand the situation and told us to stay put and call him again if someone tries to enter again?! Of course, we rejected his proposal and demanded a change in room which he did do so. After all, we were offered free breakfast but 0 explanation or investigation into the matter even after probing. Room was pretty big tho

I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure. In general, the stay is a good experience.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

Great location. Close to lots of shops and easy access to the bus services. Off a busy street but room was quiet. Nice sized room with all the basic things you will need. I didn't have the breakfast but it is available for purchase separately and looked quite nice. Overall a lovely stay and would consider it again in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at NH Centre Utrecht and would recommend it, especially for short business trips or city visits. The location is the biggest advantage — right in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and key sights like the Dom Tower. Getting around the city is extremely easy, and everything you might need after work is just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. They were also happy to give directions and local tips, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained, with all the essentials like good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It’s worth noting that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is common for central European city hotels, but still perfectly functional for a short stay. A small downside is that you may hear some street noise depending on your room location, and the building has a more classic style rather than a modern business-hotel feel. Still, for the price and location, it offers very good value.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

This hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage from the reception back to the exit. The hotel staff was friendly and seems to care about the hotel guests. However, the hotel room itself was poorly designed. The room was very cold as it only has a single air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This is inappropriate for the Netherlands given the humid and cold winter climate. The first night, I almost got no sleep because of this. The lack of warmth seems to be a common issue in the hotel given that another hotel guest reported heating in their room not working when I checked in. The room's floor is also very cold, and no slippers are provided (can't wear shoes inside as it was raining and the whole room would get wet as the room did not have a doormat). Another issue is that the room is tiny but also badly designed so that there is no proper space to actually sit and read a book or get some work done (I was traveling for work). My room was on the ground floor with big windows on both sides, which meant I needed to choose between zero privacy (open curtains) or a dark room (closed curtains). There was also quite a bit of noise coming in from outside the hotel. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, which means that the toilet gets completely wet once you take a shower, which is pretty inconvenient, especially given that only one big towel and one small towel is provided, so that I had no tools to dry the toilet after the shower (and again, without slippers, my feet would get wet going to the toilet, which is also not convenient). Altogether, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, even though I had been looking forward to my stay there as I had heard it is a beautiful place.

The bathrooms are on the small side, but functional. I was going to check out at 7:20 am on April 19. I met the hotel hostess's kind greetings. I was going there. The hostess learned that I was going to go to Yangjiao Village. GGuest UserThe hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very basic, and the grout in the bathroom was dirty. The Dahlmann reception staff were extremely friendly to us. However, the spa area was also quite basic and very crowded, meaning we couldn't use the sauna, and there were 15 people in the small pool. All in all, it was just okay.

Fijne ontvangst in een heel net hotel.  Hotel beetje raar gelegen midden in industrie terrein, maar daardoor wel heel snel en eenvoudig te bereiken vanaf de A2.  Voldoende (elektrische) fietsen om van gebruik te maken, Vinkeveensche en Loodrechtse plassen snel te bereiken.  Hotel schoon en helemaal up to date. Komen hier vaker en zullen dat zeker blijven doen.

The hotel is clean, great location it's well positioned though about 35mins away from the schiphol airport. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and ready and willing to help. I recommend it for anyone.

I was going to check out at 7:20 am on April 19. I met the hotel hostess's kind greetings. I was going there. The hostess learned that I was going to go to Yangjiao Village. The hostess sent me a pie and a box of grapes for breakfast. Thank you very much for the generosity and enthusiasm of the hostess. The milk cheese, ham and bread in the hotel refrigerator let all the guests can eat, very good value youth hostel
