Came here by chance with my wife for our anniversary after being let down by another venue and I'm so thankful we were. Kelvin was a great host and a genuinely nice guy, nothing was too much bother. The location is great with a few local pubs all well within walking distance and some nice canal walks. All rooms have great views of the surrounding scenery with the nearby river within earshot. All rooms are well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk. A generous TV with Netflix/Prime included and good WiFi. The bed and bedding are very comfy and we both had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was exceptional. Kelvin said he loves to cook and it shows! Again nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for a genuinely lovely stay. We will be back again soon!
