Clean, responsive staff, good customer service, secure, amenities were sufficient, good view, close to night life

The staff took time to show me how everything worked. They came to explain the restaurant menu ehen my English was insufficient.

It was very hard to sleep with all the noise coming from the street. The buses beep all day all the time is extremely annoying. I had a bad experience checking out of the hotel. I went downstairs to return the room’s key and had to wait for the security guard to go to the room and check that everything was ok. My baby was in arms sleeping and we were waiting for the man to come downstairs when a couple came to also check out. They did not make them wait or had their room be checked because the guard was busy checking our room. I was extremely mad bc like I said we had a baby sleeping in our arms. They only good thing I can say about the hotel is the food at restaurant is good and the cleaning staff is very good. If you want to relax and sleep this hotel is not for you

2-night stay My family and I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and there was an escort to our room which was helpful. The condition of the room itself could have been better - the bathroom walls had water stains, the showerhead had soap scum, and despite closing the balcony doors, there was little sound insulation so the noise from the street stole a good night's rest. The silver lining was that the view from the balcony was amazing, but I would not recommend this spot for a prolonged stay.

Great hotel for the price in a good area I enjoyed the hotel. They are still repairing after the hurricane but the room was great. Not in pristine condition but good enough. The balcony is incredible with the view. Lots of cool restaurants and bars across the street. There is a lot of noise from the street with trucks and busses honking alot. That was my biggest complaint. .the area is good as well. Walkable to the Zócalo as well

The hotel itself is “ok” the room had a weird odor but the deal breaker for me was the noise. It was like there was a motorcycle track right outside my room and I was on the 9th floor. It was all night basically and couldn’t sleep for nothing. I know that’s not on the hotel but I will never stay there again even if was for free Positives- beach is right across the street. There is a grocery store 80 meters from the hotel and a oxxo (7eleven). Nice view from room balcony.
