The bathroom details need to be addressed, but the beds are clean. The staff is very good and friendly. The environment is safe, the location is okay, and it’s best to take a taxi when going out. Use Uber. The breakfast is also good.

It was very lovely experience all the staff especial Salma, Om Ahmad and Ziyad so friendly and kind, also the hotel have a lot of activities and the location so good.. Sure will be there another visit

酒店安保合格，進入之前需要安檢，每個門2-3個保安。上電梯要房卡。酒店很漂亮，裏面是歐洲外面是敍利亞。早餐自助品類多服務好。我在開羅手指受傷了找酒店前台處理的，他們有碘伏棉花和創口貼，然後給他們小費沒收。酒店有一次性拖鞋和兩個電吹風，冰箱，空調很足。一次性牙刷需要叫他們送上來。美中不足的是酒店附近沒有超市，酒店G層的雜貨店一瓶果汁150埃鎊（20多rmb），水記不清了反正也不便宜。酒店會送兩瓶水但是在沙漠國家一人一瓶是不夠喝的。我想酒店如果像日本一樣推出無限自取礦泉水會更好，在電梯間擺一部冰箱，刷房卡領取水。

埃及的路況很差 google導航顯示的也不準 導航到了酒店後門 酒店內部環境什麼的都可以 旁邊就是尼羅河
就是前台服務太差勁了 停車場的大爺倒是不錯 前台的人看你是中國人就想坑你一下還有就是停車費和攜程標註的不一致
