Lovely and helpful staff. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had all the essential conveniences (wifi, TV, fridge, AC). The hotel is located a few miles outside the city centre, but there are bus stops both ways right outside the hotel. Fantastic value for the money!

Property advertised laundry services and free wifi. They had no laundry facilities or services and the wifi did not work the whole time we were there.
Overall the stay was good and service was great. But false advertising in ******* is a big no for me

The accommodation overall is ok, bed is good, bathroom worked.
Unfortunately no WLAN reception on the second floor, Internet could only be used in the lobby.

Although the hotel is very far from the centre, we enjoyed the stay. Tired from walking by foot from the Nuova porta station to the hotelwe were greeted by a helpful and smiling receptionist who even prepared us dinner! It was a real surprise and the food was just delicious. The breakfast was a bit humble for the price, but the room and the interior with a beautiful garden compensated it for us.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione, pulizia impeccabile. La posizione non è ottimale ma ben servita da un bus la cui fermata è di fronte all’hotel (in serata però pare non vi sia servizio). Parcheggio gratuito.

Prenotato per una sola notte. Camera ampia, silenziosa, molto pulita come anche il bagno pulitissimo. Letto comodo personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione con buffet ben fornito, ampia scelta , ottimo il servizio. Unica cosa la cassaforte non era fissata per cui inutilizzabile, ciò non incide sul giudizio positivo della struttura.
