Sürekli kaldığımız bir otelden yine çok memnun ayrılıyoruz.Kat görevlileri çok güler yuzluydu,restoran bölümünde misafir karsilamada bulun gizem hanım da öyle hepsini cok sevdim,garsonların ilgi alakası müthişti.Yalnız canlı müzik daha önceki senelere göre iyi değildi gelistirilmeli

Havuz büyüklüğü ve temizliği çok güzel Bay bayan ayrı bölümlerin olması cok iyi Yemekler bir harikaydı. Et yemekleri çok güzel ve başarılı Çeşitlilik yeteri kadar Çay saati çeşitliliği hiç bir otelde görmediğim kadar zengin. Animasyon ekibi muhteşem. Çok eğlenceli

Ben gittiğimde kış mevsimiydi hava dışarıda inanılmaz soğuktu. Odada klima ayarı diye birşey yoktu ya inanılmaz sıcak yapıyorlardı ( merkezden ayarlıyorlar.) yada tamamen kapanıyor oda buz gibi oluyordu. 2 gün içerisinde az 5 defa aramama rağmen şalter atıyor arızalı 1 saate yapılacak diyorlar sonra tekrar gidiyordu. 2 yaşındaki kızımlq çile mi yaşamaya gittim tatil mi anlamadım. Hamam, havuzlar kısmına gelince çocuk havuzları yine soğuktu, çocukların hiç biri giremedi. Havuz ortamı buz gibiydi, koridorlar aynı şekilde zaten döndük felaket hasta olduk. Özetle kışın eziyet çekip hasta olmak isterseniz gidebilirsiniz.

Bay Bayan ve karışık spa alanları en üst seviyede termal suyun faydalarından yararlanmak için tasarlanmış. Bolca havuz ve dinlenme alanı olduğu için karmaşa oluşmuyor. Family suit oda oldukça ferah ve çift banyosu olması büyük artı sağlıyor. Odada termal su olduğunu da belirtmek gerekir. Afium AVM nin hemen otelin yanında olması büyük avantaj. Restoran bölümü de güzel ancak ilgi alakası ve mükemmel hizmeti için özellikle Halil beye teşekkür etmek isterim. Bazen tek bir çalışan tüm tesisin kalite algısını bir üst seviyeye çıkartabiliyor. Özetle termal suyun ruhen dinlendirmesi ve güneşlenmek için geniş alanları ve havuzları ile yaz kış gidilebilecek başarılı bir tesis.

Very clean place. Thermal water was great. Food is good could be better. My problem was with pillows, very bad quality (polyester) they offer different types and when I called to send me orthopedic type, I got similar to the one I have in the room
