We had the best time couldn't fault a thing,the apartment was lovely,the view over the pool was so pretty.All the staff worked really hard, cleanliness was first class and they were all really friendly.We only had breakfast the choice was amazing.I would 100% recommend Stefan Village,we will be returning.

Went with husband and two kids (7 and 9), and my parents and sister lived in another apartment (with private pool). We had a great stay, it was clean, and the staff were friendly and walked the extra mile. Our son turned 9 when we were there and they placed a cake and a card in the room and decorated his bed and the wall. So appriciated!! Both by our son and us! Nice pool area, nice pool bar. Tried the breakfast once and it was really nice! Close to the beach and several restaurants. Overall a really nice place to spend your vacation.

A great place to spend your holidays with familly. Beautiful garden, pools and slides for children, tasty food and clen rooms. Staff very kind. The restaurant serves variety typys of cuisine. There are also special atractions on particular days like a water aerobic or circus show.

Excellent place to stay with the family. We spent two weeks including the all inclusive package. The room was nice and clean. For families with kids we recommend the apartments with ground terrace overlooking the pool. The buffet was good, even though we could have liked more variation. The magic show was great. Highly recommended

Fantastic service, Lovely and helpful people. Very good food. Very clean rooms. A great place to relax. Very recommendable. An ideal place to spend time with children, being at the same time an excellent base for visiting the most interesting places in western Crete.

Great family friendly hotel with nice pool area, water slides and playground. Friendly staff and good food. We liked everything about the hotel exept our room. The room (nr27) was in a corner under a metal staircase. There was no balcony, but we had 4 chairs outside our door, looking strait at the people walking up and down the staircase (and them looking at us)We woke up several times during the night from the noise of people walking in this staircase. If it was not for the location of the room i would have given our stay the best score.

Came for a week on all inclusive. Loved the place with its village design and atmosphere. We had our own pool, which was nice for relaxing, but whenever we went to the bigger pools we found sunbeds. The food was great and varied enough for a week, and children loved the little snacks and ice cream that was included. The sea was just a couple of minutes walk away, we went snorkeling and to watch the sunset. Local buses to Chania are practical, but taxis weren’t exepensive either. All you need for a holiday, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Fantastic place, great apartments, nice green areas around the village. Love the different pool areas, perfect for families with children. We had all we needed. Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Smiling staff. Perfectly situated in a calm place, with many small restaurants nearby and a beautiful sand beach

Had a wonderful week at this excellent hotel. I had never been to an All Inclusive before and I must say everything exceeded our expectations. The food, with its wide variety, was of great quality and there was something for everyone at the buffet. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are three big pools and a group of three water slides. And those slides are thoroughly watched over by a really proffesionell life guard (it still don't mean that you don't need to watch your kids, as he only surveyed the slides) All in all, an excellent stay that everyone in the family loved! Would definitely come back!
