I chose the hotel through the city's website, I liked what I saw and I thought the location was great. I made the reservation by phone with Raquel, who was very attentive. Once there, we paid the rest of the room (now it's like that in all hotels). We arrived at lunchtime and opted to have lunch there. Good food, great service. Excellent room with ceiling fan and air conditioning, which I didn't use because of the low temperature at night. Hot water in the shower and sink, fridge in the room, excellent cleanliness. All very friendly. breakfast with several bread options; always two types of cakes, coffee, teas and juices(2 types). Staff who were in the lounge during breakfast all, without exception, very attentive including the maids and reception. All congratulations.

My partner and I stayed on business for 3 days at this hotel, which, by the way, requires payment at the entrance for full board, a true double sale! However, the food is horrible, really bad, breakfast is simple, so much so that after trying to have lunch shortly after arrival, I promptly gave up on having it on the other days, as well as giving up breakfast! To complete the disgrace, there is also no hot water available for showering! A disgrace, a disgrace! Stay alert to those who may be staying in this thing that is still sold as a hotel! I spent Chris**as with my mother and aunt and I loved it... Great service, great food, pleasant a**osphere... But, as not everything is flowers, there was a kid there, who wouldn't stop running through the corridors... Other than that, it was a very good Chris**as!

Extremely nice hotel. I was staying in the period of the old records. Excellent accommodation, service and food. Although it was a period of high demand, we received excellent service from the entire hotel team. I will definitely be back at the hotel next year.

I'm in Águas de Lindoia to participate in the meeting of old records. After much research, I opted for Hotel Cssanlanca. What a disappoin**ent! Despite the education and promptness of the employees, the hotel does not offer the minimum expected. We had no hot water to shower and the food was awful. We barely had lunch and didn't get dinner. We won't even try breakfast. Little variety, of poor quality and without the slightest condition of consumption thanks to the terrible taste. I paid R$3600.00 for this!

The structure of the hotel is very good, very clean rooms but the shower in our bathroom did not heat up. The break fast is very good. At dinner we really missed salads because there were only hot dishes, and we had another problem, because on 12/31 they served feijoada at lunchtime in the pool area and due to the rain there was not enough space for all guests to sit down and we had to wait a long time to get lunch and when we went to lunch there were no more side dishes. The location of the hotel is excellent, being able to walk to the shopping center and Ademar de Barros square.

Passei o fim de semana com minha família no Hotel, tudo excelente. Atendimento impecável por parte de todos os funcionários e especialmente o da recepção. Servem um caldo muito bom a noite e o café da manhã **b é perfeito. Além disso toda a estrutura do hotel está reformada (quartos, piscinas, áreas comuns e etc) Super recomendo!!!
