No manager available to assist with the filth, at the Hampton Inn, Fairlawn, Ohio; Springside Dr. area. I filed a complaint, still haven’t heard from anyone. I was informed Jaime is the manager at this location. I was in room 108, make shift handicap room. United Disability Services, would be sadly disappointed in the “so called” handicap room, which isn’t wheelchair friendly whatsoever😠 Piss Poor!!

Some of the staff were rude. My key card kept going bad. There was a stink bug in my room in the middle of winter.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Will stay here again on our next trip to Akron.

Staff was friendly and service was great. Hotel was clean. The only issue was the shower. Water was like warm and the faucet wasn’t working properly so half the water came out the faucet and half came out of the shower head, the water pressure was very low because of this.

Dirty, food under bed when check in. Lamps had dust all over . Mold was on the bathroom title and the chairs had stains. I will never stat here again .

On the surface, this property should have been fine. But there are signs that the owners aren’t maintaining the property. We booked here because it is a name brand of Hilton, so we assumed to be of a certain standard. But, clearly Hilton isn’t paying attention to this property. The water temp in the bathroom shower and sink is cool at best (my suspicion is to make guests take very quick showers), the water drains very slowly from the tub so clearly problems in the plumbing. The electric outlets by the bed don’t work. It is like the property was built right and then sold to another franchisee who hasn’t maintained it and is just letting things go.
