Nice hotel, is excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly and hopeful. food and drinks are really good big choice of food. A lot of swimming pools and one of swimming pools heated.Venera very nice person very helpful. I recommended for everyone this nice hotel.definitely, I will come back again.

This is our 4th visit, the staff are like family and cannot do enough for you, if any issue they sort straight away, food very nice lots of variety and something always available it’s the little touches for birthday anniversary that mean so much

the bed and blanket is very good the toom is clean out hot water pool is nice evry employers are smiling and nice behaviour the foods are delicious especially ghorme sabzi and iranian chef but the night plans is not so exciting in this season but finally we love it

Excited to go back again .... This was our first family holiday (a friend had recommended the Delphin Imperial). From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. All the staff during our three week stay were absolutely fantastic. This hotel provided things that I never even knew were needed for a parent to relax. Heated outdoor pools, life guards on duty at every pool - I could relax knowing there was someone watching over my childre, the kids club, the kids mini disco was a brilliant way to end the day. The food was fantastic and for me the real added bonus was the Aqua fit and yoga classes twice a day ... I came back fitter then I went on holiday !! that saying something ... Yagmur the beautiful talented instructed kept us motivated during the whole of our stay .... Yagmur ... you are an amazing instructor with a magnetic positive energy. Literally nothing to complain about, it’s outstanding! The beach, the bars, the pools, everything is superb. Probably the very best place that I have ever been. The food is very good. The a la card restaurants are serving very interesting dishes

From the moment we arrived it was clear this hotel was special. From the fantastic hotel front to the magnificent chandelier in the main reception. Room: we had a side sea view on the second floor. It was spacious with 2 large double beds in it. A small balcony with a nice view. Food/drinks: the main restaurant was large and busy but we never had a problem getting a seat for whatever meal we went for. We tried both the Italian and Mexican restaurants and found the Mexican the better of the 2. We found the kids section with the lowered bar area brilliant as our little one loved going up and picking her own dinner. The snack bar was good for lunch but very repetitive. Loads of snack huts on the way down to the beach so you'll definitely find something you like. The chocolate bar near reception is definitely worth a visit. Drinks were strong and during the day the team on rollerblades kept you supplied with drinks all day long. Pool: loads of pools and slides and we never had a problem finding a sunlounger no matter what time of day we went down. Entertainment: evening entertainment was good but on a couple of nights it was kids characters running around, a little strange and some of the little ones including my daughter got scared. There is a small amusement park for small kids that was always busy when it was open. The games room in the basement was a nice touch but it could get expensive if you had a couple of kids and visited it regular. The popcorn and candyfloss at the evening entertainment was a great touch and it was free unlike some other hotels I've visited. Staff: All the staff apart from one on our last day were amazing and a credit to the hotel. They took time out to chat, especially to the kids. I always say if the kids are happy then the adults will be happy. On the last day we paid extra to keep a room on, we had to move which wasn't a problem and my wife paid upfront and got the new room key. When I was taking the luggage in the phone went and it was a manager demanding to know how I got the room, if I had paid and who I gave my money to. When I explained it wasn't me that paid but my wife and she was given the key by reception he demanded to know who it was. After explaining again he still was angry I couldn't give him answers. After I spoke to my wife I went to reception and spoke to the manager that called, I gave a description of the staff member that my wife paid and who she got the key from. At this point he said it wasn't me and it wasn't him as he points to the other staff member. I said well we paid and we've got the room key so is there a problem? He never answered and just walked away. It was a shame this manager let the team and the hotel down but it didn't change how good a holiday we had. If I could change anything it would be to put the beach pavilion/cabanas on the beach front rather than tucked away at the back of the beach, if I'm paying €100 for one I want a great view.
