The receptionist who welcomed us was a bit cold, but efficient, and quickly showed us to our room while giving us a brief introduction to the basic facilities. The next day, we met the hotel owner, who was very friendly. A young girl working at the hotel also approached us and asked about our experience with breakfast, making an effort to overcome any language barriers. It was heartwarming and made us feel at home. Our room faced the swimming pool, which was not very large but had decent facilities. Overall, the stay was comfortable, although the height of the showerhead in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. The pool and courtyard could be better maintained, so this is a small suggestion. On the day we checked out, we needed to leave very early, around 7 am. We informed the staff in advance and hoped to have a simple breakfast before departure （the regular breakfast time was from 9 am）. We received a friendly and efficient response. On that day, a kind lady prepared breakfast for us, waking up early specifically for our needs. We were very grateful for that. The warm farewell made us feel a sense of warmth, and we would be happy to visit Alacarte again and stay at this hotel.

Room Facilities: This is probably my favorite place of this hotel. The room we booked has a small balcony. The sun is particularly good at 3 or 4 pm. We went to Sila shop hotel in Alaçata. The other name is Bilge hotel. We went into a new hotel search because we were not happy and we met this hotel. The owner Ali was very interested in us. The rooms were very wide, clean and pleasant. Everything was packed in a single package from the bathroom to the tray lotion. The location for fun and tour is very beautiful because it is in the centre of the stick. The only low direction continues to 00.30 at night and if you want to sleep or rest before this hour, it may be noisy.

A clean hotel that we stayed with true and laughing, and we drown the evening sun on the table, which is located in the garden in front of our room rather than walking outside. The rooms are sweet and useful. It is in the city centre and has a quiet atmosphere. The distance to walk to the famous Alaçatı market is 5 minutes.
