Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

I want to take a little to defend the apartments, because there are a lot of negative reviews. We understood where we were going, a year ago we rested in a nearby hotel and we didn't like food there, but we liked to live in the center of Alanya, so decided to go to Turkey for the first time without food, knowing that around a bunch of shops and restaurants. They bought a tour, arrived late in the evening. Frankly speaking, expected the worst)). We were offered to choose two rooms, we stopped our choice on the corner that is bigger in size. The living room with the balcony went out on the central boulevard, the bedroom - on the neighboring house, which is really very close and looks very close It's quite distressing on it. But we just didn't open the curtains and we didn't interfere with it. The room itself is quite normal, but the sausage is certainly so much so, needs repair, but I would like to note that the room was absolutely working, Condea was enough for both rooms, cleaned daily and very well. Good bedrooms and clean clothes. In general we had a room for four, there were lots of places. Sometimes cooked themselves, sometimes went to cafes and restaurants. The refrigerator at us worked constantly and did not turn off when you left the room. People complained that the tiles were badly heated, we too couldn't sweet with it the first day, but then we realized that the power is increasing not by the clockarrow, but against! In Migros, which is very close, very delicious lamb, a couple of times bought and cooked, I recommend. Meat is very different from the lamb we sell, I don't know how these lambs contain, but the taste is much better. Fruits are cheap, wine is good, coffee is excellent bought home - Mehmet Efendi, because the same in Moscow is three times more expensive. The market did not reach, but there is definitely more and cheaper. In general, everything is in Migros from products and not only. Around a bunch of shops, all the sights nearby, as well as beach number 1 on Cleopatra, where there is no stove and normal entrance to the sea. Two lying - $3, the umbrella didn't take, in the heat didn't sit. But there is enough space to just lay on a towel or cover to sunshine, absolutely In short, the apartments are certainly not luxurious, but if at a cheap price and without claims for a lake - you can go, no insects in the room were not observed by the way, neither cockroaches nor mosquitoes - no one)) The city center, To our beach, tourists are brought every day, both by sea and by land, the Damlatash Cave is near, the museum, the funky, the port, the street of red lights - if anyone needs to))

Only positive thing about the hotel was that the rooms were cleaned daily and it’s close to centre. However the bed sheets were changed once in my 11 night stay, and fresh towels were not provided on most occasions, the cleaners only sweeped the floor. The food was absolutely awful and made both me and my boyfriend violently ill for over a week, what a way to ruin the holiday. Serving salad and cereal for breakfast, not really catering for the English guests. Also no labelling on the food so we didn’t know what we were eating most of the time. See photo attached for the monstrosity of food they were serving. Never again will I return to this hell hole. Staff don’t understand much English either, which is somewhat understandable as we are in a different language but not knowing basic English for their guests is appalling. The pool was absolutely tiny and there were only 10 sun beds around the pool so chose to go to the beach most days where you don’t get to make use of your all inclusive drinks. If your thinking of coming here my only advice is DONT.

Hotel is new or after repair. Clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Beautiful sauna. From the hotel terrace, a beautiful view of Alania is opened. There you can sit with your drinks and food. Also the rooms are with a view of the city. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Food didn't take, I can't say anything about it. Cafe at the hotel is available. Russian staff don't speak, English, Turkish. The hotel is located on the altitudes. We got to our car. On foot from the city to go far away.
