Anahtar Apart Hotel

Closed in October 2020. The apartment is very good. Next to the beach across the road. But far away from the city and all markets. It is not convenient to take the bus. The bedroom in the room. There are 2 sofas in the hall. Kitchen with stove. Large balcony, chargeable air conditioning. The internet is pretty good. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers. Not bad. But the water is already cold limitation 1. Hot water. she left. Only warm during the day. Heated by the sun 2. Poor plumbing. 1 room has no shower hose at all. Wash yourself under the tap. Everything is flowing. Settle in another better room. 3. Tile heating time is long and fragile 4. Cleaning. Changed the towels by myself at the reception desk. Such cleanliness, never before. I took the garbage myself

The hotel is pretty basic. We were allocated to another hotel in fact which is about 100m down the road, so can’t compare with the rooms in the main one. The first impression of both hotels - they need massive refurbishment. The hotel we stayed had problems with the lift, however internet on reception was way better than in the main one. To clean the room, we needed to ask at reception, and the cleaning standard was not consistent. In 9 nights I had my room cleaned twice. First time everything was fine, second time they did not bother with doing the bed or cleaning properly, just threw the towels on the bed and possibly cleaned the floor. No internet, air con, to in the room. Actually they are there but you need to pay extra to use them. Bed is comfortable though, the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to the cable car, 30 mins walk to the centre. I walked everywhere, but public transport is also available pretty conveniently. Pool: did not use, but saw it’s being cleaned daily. Food: lots of vegetables, only one kind of protein for lunch and dinner (can be fish (once during my stay), chicken, chicken giblets (liver, hearts, etc), nuggets and so-called Albanian liver. You will not get fat. Beach: lovely but sun beds are at extra cost. They offer better price at reception per day, but when you come to the beach with your ticket, you will not get front row, simply because the beach stuff reserve it for those who pay more (which is pretty annoying and disrespectful). Hotel staff: friendly and helpful.

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. The three meals a day also have something to suit your own taste. The hotel also has a variety of daily necessities in the canteen, as well as fee-based services such as hairdressing, sauna, and massage. I am busy with practice and competitions, and I haven’t enjoyed the free swimming pool, table tennis, and gym. I have a chance to come again Go, enjoy a cabaret show while having dinner. A great place for a family vacation.

We stayed with my family three nights but it was a disaster. We're a family of three people. The room was very small. The air conditioning was just above the bed and the direction was disabled. If you're open to the air conditioning, you're likely to be sick, you're supposed to play like 100 percent. If you're still sick, you're always having to play like dj. This prevents healthy sleep. The bathroom is really very pisted. someone with a light weight in the shower cabin was impossible to settle. The closet was in the paste. Our room has never been cleaned for 3 days. No problem with the parking. There is a famous Cleopatra Beach in front of the hotel but why didn't I understand. The sea is really bad. You swim in plastic dusts that the coast is not passed through cigarette shop. There is a meaningless rock part that stretches along the coast parallel kilometers while entering the sea. The teacher's house near the hotel is recommended for dining, suitable for the market and feeding. There is migratory on the side street of the hotel. The area was a .deeply bad hotel experience at 30 minutes walking distance. A hotel I don't recommend

Arrived here on the 18th September at 3am was told we had to pay a extra 13 euros each to have wifi in the rooms. Aircon wasn’t cleaned properly went off and got someone to come up to the room he took it apart and started cleaning it in the shower dust everywhere, beds wernt changed at all the whole time we were there just our towels. Was throwing up on day two the food I wouldn’t even feed to anyone it was disgusting, warmed up food from the night before till it was gone and used up (night before chips for breakfast) didn’t even clean the trays properly that the food was kept in. Went all inclusive and wasn’t even a proper bar had to eat and drink out every night due to the food not even being edible, the staff on the repetition were asking me ( a 24 year old women) to go on a beach walk with him . The pool don’t even get cleaned never seen it cleaned once the whole 7 days we were there, we went to beach over the road everyday which is so much better. Don’t even get sun round the pool after 1/2pm due to it being to crowded in the area with hotels. Asked for a sea view ( as payed for on a our booking as additional ) and got a tiny segment of a sea view whilst people who actually paid for it got one. Absolute shambles and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone. The area was lovely Antalya itself and if I ever went back I would stay further into the centre rather than Kleopatra beach.
