The room is quite big, you can get a shuttle to the airport, you can order takeout, it's very close to the airport, there's a small square nearby where you can meet up for dinner, generally it's OK, didn't try breakfast

It is very close to the airport, very convenient. The environment is also very good. I stay here every time I come to Albany.

The advantage is that the hotel has a shuttle bus that can pick up and drop off the airport, and there is also a free parking lot. The sanitation work is quite poor, and the toilets are not clean. It is estimated that it is not a stain left over from one or two days. Misnamed.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at this property usually with no issues. This stay was horrendous. First, the room I booked was given away. The hot water in the shower wasn’t really hot, then the shower handle did not work to turn off the shower. Called front desk and they said there was nothing they could do and no other rooms were available. The shower was on all night and the steam caused condensation on the ceiling and the walls causing puddles in the bathroom and causing it to drip on me while trying to use the bathroom. The desk and side table were not clean had some sticky substance on it. Lastly, went to check out and voice my concerns at the front desk and there was no one there. Waited 5 minutes. An employee from another section had to come over to check me out. What a horrible experience… I expect more from Hilton. I’m seriously very disappointed.

Empty shampoo in bathroom, restaurant only offered a few items from the menu for dinner, there is NO hot tub on premises.

The staff here are awesome! They were so helpful.. they helped me schedule airport shuttles, arrange long term parking, and even helped with my dinner order from the on-site restaurant. The staff was great! Super nice people with a smile!

The room was mostly clean and the front desk employee was very friendly. Biggest complaint was the lack of warm shower water for an entire day, and the shower's body wash container was empty upon arrival.

It was really close to the airport, which is exactly what we wanted and it was only for one night. Would not stay here for a longer stay. The shower gel in the shower was empty. The Hotel information in the room is really old - said laundry wash/dry was 1.00 each per load but it was $2.50 on the machine. The coffee wasn't the greatest. The bed was too hard for my taste and the pillows completely deflated to nothing when you lay your head on it. The a/c didn't cool the room enough for us. The location was perfect. There was plenty of parking.

Hvac system kept us up through the night. The mattress was too firm for me, but may be fine for others. Hotel is old and showing its age. Peeling wallpaper throughout and stained carpeting in hallways. The dust skirt was dirty and had a stain under the mattress that concerned me. Staff was friendly and helpful

Andre at the Front Desk was Awesome. He was Very Informative and ready to assist me any way he could, Always with a smile ! He is Huge asset to the Hotel.

The water in the shower took 10 minutes to heat up. Complete waste of water. No free breakfast. Outside door was open without key access—how safe is that? You have dying plants in the lobby. Get fake ones if you can’t take care of them. At check in, desk person was not welcoming at all. More interested in what was going on in the back office.

Upon arrival I explained to the front desk attendant I accidentally booked for two nights instead of one and was told I have to call the third party I booked from because they can’t refund… needless to say no refund was made. Next day found a huge blood spot on the cover sheet on the bed I was sleeping on… bad experience overall

We stayed at the beginning and the end of our vacation. The location was convenient to the airport. Our first night the staff were excellent and very friendly. Our second night, could have been better. The night staff were friendly and courteous.. there were some amenities missing which he quickly corrected! The breakfast was not impressive for the cost. The bowls were small…., the server seemed bothered that we asked for coffee and service was slow. We had to ask for everything! Not impressed!
