Laguna Beach Hotel

Well located hotel and lovely, caring staff. But many people got sick, many children including mine with headaches and vomiting, and judging by the comments this is common at this place. Food poisoning ? Viruses? The parents were very worried and I too, saw lots of children and adults vomiting one after the other. It's shameful given the cost of living currently, it's a real budget for families and I'm not going on vacation to make my children sick. Never again....

I stayed at the Laguna Beach hotel during the last week of May, all inclusive, everything went very well. The rather friendly staff, the varied breakfast, as well as the midday and evening meal, the quality of the food was better overall. I was not sick, like the other vacationers who were with me during my stay. The bar is very good there too with a wide selection of alcohol and also non-alcoholic. My hotel room was clean, the bed was made every day, as well as the toilets, nothing to say about that. The only thing that surprised me a bit at the beginning of my stay was a false ceiling tile in the bathroom that was barely holding, it rose by itself when there was a draft lol , but nothing too bad, he was not going to fall on the ground. I had a room ideally placed facing the Black Sea, the top. With a small terrace with a drying rack. The green areas were well maintained, as were the pools. Common areas were clean. There is the possibility of getting massages at the hotel, very friendly staff by the way, the massages made me feel good. If I had to find a small weak point in this hotel, it's the facade, if from a distance it looks good, on closer inspection it's a bit dilapidated. There is space to park near the hotel in case you want to rent a vehicle like I did. I recommend this hotel. Then Bulgaria is still a nice country to visit... Provided you stay on the coast, it's still a poor country, well I knew that, because I'm used to traveling in Eastern Europe, that doesn't shocks me even more... On the other hand if you want to go for a ride in Romania (the border is about 70-75 km from the hotel by the national road, customs officers not annoying. Very vintage border, Iron Curtain era ), it's really nice as a country there too.

We stayed 15 days at Laguna Beach from July 6 to 20. An excellent stay. Hotel very well located, rooms dated but clean. The restoration is very good. The animators are at the top you will not be disappointed. The two downsides, the curtains are not blackout, provide a mask and nothing to do after 11 p.m.

Hotel that needs updating. Buffets not varied. Lack of hygiene. Seaside resort not very lively.... Unfriendly bar staff.. Only the animators saved the whole thing! Beautiful beach

En gros punaise de lit , les dame de ménage ne me faisait même plus mon lit à force que je mette tout au sol pour qu’elle me change tout . Donc je me servais Dans leur chariot bleu et je faisais mon lit Animation boff, musique trop bruyante Demander une chambre côté roserais la 411 (Calme) m’a bien piquer et la 435 aussi (côte animation) au bout de jour nous avons demandé à changer trop bruyante Restauration correcte, service au bar bien , juste nettoyer les tables serais bien Manque d’hygiène tant dans les chambres et bar extérieur Réclamation lookea faite Semaine du 30 sept au 7 sept 2023

Hôtel vétuste chambres infectées de punaises de lit impossible de changer de chambre car la plupart sont contaminés ménage non fait , sol lavé 1 fois en 15jours restaurant peu varié poulet et porc personnel pas très aimable sauf au bar animation moyenne : spectacle identique toutes les semaines quand on vient 15 jours on vois 2 fois les mêmes seul point positif la plage c’est la dernière fois en bulgarie
