"This hotel also offers parking with a shuttle service to Frankfurt Hahn airport. I would advise against this here. The driver is not reliable at all. Both when we dropped off our car and when we picked it up, we had to wait a long time for someone to come. The agreed time was not kept. The phone number we left for us was not answered. It took us 30 minutes to get through to someone. And then we had to wait forever. Lame excuses that she had a flat tire and that she was only there because the new temporary worker was unavailable. She said the same thing when we picked her up. Yesterday we had to wait over an hour and our children were the only ones who were not picked up by the shuttle bus. We have often left our car with other people but this is the first time we have tried this parking lot and it will be the last time. There was no real apology either. Just the words: we are right, this is not acceptable..."

"I was quite satisfied with the hotel. While small, it had everything I needed, and it wasn't too small. The bathroom was quite spacious, the environment was quiet, and there was a large dining room and kitchen. I only stayed overnight during a layover and didn't use it much, but it was quite comfortable. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so if you need to eat, it's best to stay at a neighboring hotel within a 3-5 minute walk. Airport pickup and drop-off were also prompt; you need to call the hotel. The airport is only a 3-minute drive away. I waited for the shuttle at the entrance of Terminal B."

"A lovely peaceful hotel right by the airport . very quiet, lovely bedroom, and a free shuttle to the airport. We wouldn’t have stayed here if it wasn’t for Ryanair and their misnaming of an airport 120 km away from Frankfurt however if we were in the area again, we would stay again as this hotel was fantastic. A happy accident all around."

"I was worried because I saw some negative reviews about the quality of the beds and the smell, but I had no problems with either, and it more than met the standards I would expect from a transit hotel near the airport. I think the price is reasonable, but you have to walk outside for 2-3 minutes to get to the check-in counter, so if you're arriving on a winter night, I recommend dressing warmly."

"The breakfast buffet, prepared by two very attentive staff members, deserves special mention. Thank you for that. The arrival, handled by the hotel manager, was unsatisfactory. He lacked any friendliness. My single room was very poorly heated. I was offered a radiator. Dinner in the restaurant was a disappointment. Dry pork tenderloin (€26), side of fries (€4). The price-performance ratio is not right. A glass of Dornfelder (€8), an espresso (€4). It's a real shame that the quality has declined so much. This was my third time staying here. The service used to be excellent and not unfriendly like the manager. Next time I'll choose a different hotel. But next time I will choose a different hotel."
