One of the best appliances in Jordan with a wonderful, beautiful view, with an experienced staff, an excellent roll room, a wonderful service, and the staff always have a quick smile, and the staff have a beautiful smile, and they have all the respect and appreciation for all those who belong to this wonderful hotel. Thank you for. Everything you've done, and you'll always go forward.

We would like to specifically mention, that this hotel was booked on the grounds of location (we needed something on the outskirts of Amman, so that we could drop our car there and use taxi to travel inside the city). What was good: - convenient location if you would like to not drive inside Amman - spacious room - nice staff (though not too able to communicate in English at times - there're multiple employees and their level of English varies) - nice view from the balcony - WiFi was not too bad - all amenities were available Disliked · What didn't go well: - the apartment was clearly not having enough cutlery (i.e., there was only 1 large spoon, 1 small spoon, etc.) - no wine/beer or for that matter any regular size glasses. On request we managed to get whiskey glasses, which were able to use for juice - not all floors are served by the elevator - bathroom was separated by a glass wall, and it was a bit challenging, I would really suggest replacing it with a normal wall

Our daughter was a CET student attending class at the U of Jordan for Fall 2019. This was a Fall semester abroad from her university in the states. Our desire was to be close to campus and this fit the bill. There is a pedestrian tunnel that runs under Queen Alia Street and it is 50 steps from Gerasa Hotel’s front door and pops up at the entrance gates to U of J. We had a King bed suite with a couch in a small study that folded down to a bed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with tea, coffee, juices , cereals , falafel, omelette station to name a few. When we arrived we did not have hot water. We called to the front desk and asked them to ‘turn on the hot water’ and it was taken care of immediately. Gerasa Hotel made arrangements for a private driver to pick us up from the airport and when we got thru security there was our name on a sign that the driver held. Could not have asked for a better experience upon arriving to Amman.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a week’s tour of Jordan. Arrived in the early hours of the morning and was given a bag with sandwiches, cake and fruit which was appreciated. Room was comfortable and food on the second day very good. There were a couple of bars, one of which had a happy hour. Getting served here was a bit shambolic. Lots of people queueing and querying their bills. The barman didn’t seem to be able to work out the discounts correctly and there were lots of disgruntled guests. However, the decor in the bars, and in the hotel itself, was lovely and we had a pleasant stay.
