The hotel is a ruin. Dirty, old rooms. Stink and filth. Scandalously unpleasant older guy at the reception desk. Smokes at the reception desk. Sleeps on the sofia at the reception desk. Demands a tip at check-in for service. Bedding and blankets are definitely not washed. Samo wejście do budynku jest brudne i pełne śmieci. Pokoje są stare, brudne i zniszczone meble. Ściany cienkie a drzwi nieszczelne więc słysząc wszystko. Starszy Pan Alladyn na recepcji to bardzo niemiły facet, nie pytaj go o nic, nie proś o nic bo będzie zły. Żądał przy zameldowaniu 1 JOD za "serwis" w formie napiwku. Oczywiście nie otrzymałem pokoju jaki zarezerowałem na stronie boooking.com a gdy się upomniałem to właściciel i recepcjonista byli bardzo źli, że chciałem otrzymać pokój jak z rezerwacji. Ogólnie miejsce nadaje się do zamknięcia i totalnego remontu! NIE POLECAM!

Small but nice hotel located great just 5 min from center. Clean rooms and quite. Aladin the host is a sweet gentelman who received us and gave advice. So so friendly. Taxi from Noth Terminal 3 jod. 10 min walk to the Castle and Theater. I recommend it. Thank you so much Mr Aladin.

Very gentle check in. Location in Downtown top. Hot water showers. Breakfast included. Near to the citadelle. Perfect starting point for trips to Petra and Wadi Rum and Dead Sea. Good Bars after 20 minutes walk. Thanks Habibi

Aladdin the manager is very welcoming, warm and smiling. The hotel is clean, very good value for money for backpackers who don't expect 5*. The bedroom is well equipped and the shower room is spacious and clean. There is enough to spend a night or two in Amman. The WiFi connection is very good. It is located on the 2nd floor in a building (no elevator). The hotel is close to the old medina, it is a lively area with everything you need within walking distance. Little more, you can park in front.

The receptionist, Aladin, informed that he would not accept credit cards (although it was stated in the booking and at the reception itself that it was accepted). When I went to pay cash he tried to give me the wrong change twice. After that, he took us to a filthy room (I swear the floor looked like the floor of a subway station), no towels, no soap and no toilet paper. The shower didn't heat up and the drain was clogged (and it stayed that way until we left). Shortly after, the water in the building ran out. Breakfast is offered at another hotel, which has nothing to do with this one. After a few years traveling the world this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Beware of booking notes in this region, which are highly manipulated through harassment of customers.
