The Manor Amsterdam

The room was clean, and there were restaurants nearby. The surrounding environment was acceptable.

When we checked in, they were very polite and kind, and even though we don't speak either English or Dutch, they explained things to us in easy-to-understand English. They even carried our suitcases up to our room, which was very helpful. The room was very spacious, and there was plenty of room even with two suitcases spread out. When we checked out, we had to use the stairs to get from the room, so it was difficult to carry our suitcases up, but a cleaning man who happened to be passing by helped us out, which was very helpful. We were able to check out online, but we had to return the card key to an employee, and since there was another guest in front of us, it took a while to return the key. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Overall, it was a good experience. Transportation was extremely convenient, with many bus stops nearby; the environment was also very nice, with a large park just a hundred meters away; the service was good; and the breakfast was decent.

Remember to book a balcony room. I felt a bit disappointed not to have one this time. It's quite convenient to go everywhere. The room is neither too big nor too small, just right for one person. It's a bit old, but it seems like a cozy residential area without too many messy people. However, I saw the police arresting people across the street at night, so I'd better go back to the hotel early after dark...
