Check in and out was seamless. Hotel staff seems unsure about if bottled water was meant to be provided daily. Sometimes it was stocked up, sometimes not, we often had to ask from concierge. The night before we checked out, a male hotel staff told us we are only entitled to bottled water on first day, as we could drink from the tap, this is confusing, no one has told us that. To contact hotel staff from the room, we need to scan a qr but had to sign up to Accor group, which I'd rather not, this made it less fuss-free when I wanted to request for bedroom slippers, cotton buds, cotton pads, I requested for them in person at the concierge. Pillows were squarish, less comfortable to rest on. Otherwise room was overall comfortable, well stocked coffee machine n tea, good shower, bathroom had a wide and deep ledge to put my toiletries, good quality shower shampoo n conditioner, body lotion. Aircon was good. Noord station had lift landing from train platform all the way to the hotel. So it was convenient to roll our luggage. Area had supermarket and some fast food n cafe nearby.
