Not bad for the price. Decor was cute. I like how it kinda tucked away but there is a target that's walking distance next door and a Dollar Tree right across the street. That was convenient for me. Overall nice place that I would definitely stay at again.

They gave me a different room than what I had booked at first, the sheets in that room were dirty, the floor was cracked, and the couch was broken. I switched over to the room I had originally booked and it’s cleaner but the bathroom door doesn’t even close and the beds are super hard. I didn’t pay that much though so I guess you get what you pay for. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

It's a 2 star motel .we paid less than $50 per night. The room was clean but worn. It appears they are upgrading the property as we saw construction on one of the rooms happening during our stay. Towels, linen etc are typical low quality motel style, but again clean. No room service so you must talk to the front desk about everything. This is exacerbated because apparently they don't answer their phone (We called over a dozen times.) There are NO PHONES IN ROOMS. They do advertise free Wi-Fi. I believe some sites even listed as high speed Wi-Fi. This is absolutely false. If you're not in one of the rooms next to the front desk you are not be able to access Wi-Fi at this facility. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location is convenient especially if you're visiting more than just "the mouse". If you're looking for four star service avoid this place. If you looking for a budget friendly place to crash at night Executive Inn isn't a bad choice.

Let’s start with the good, the location is close to a lot of convenient stores and food places. Right off the freeway. Parking was really good. When you first walk in you smell the cleaning products used. For the price might not be a issues for some. Personally I’d paid the extra 40 not to deal with it again. Unfortunately for me when I got to the room it had some issues. No Wi-Fi, was told it didn’t reach all rooms. One of my TVs did not work and they never sent anyone to fix it. They had leaks and power issues and didn’t communicate or apologize for any inconvenience I experienced. The walls and floor mold needs a lot of TLC. Didn’t have the mattresses zipped in protective cases, mattress was filthy, luckily Walmart and Target is close bought our own sleeping stuff. Red stains on bed sheets and pillows. Couch was filthy and outdated. The worst part was customer service and communication never experienced a place turn your power off for work and not inform their guest or come personally apologize for any inconvenience their guest would obviously be experiencing and they still look for you to check out on time. Promised a refund through booking party to deny it. I could get passed all the other things because off the price but having to fight for a promised refund has me irate, thus the review, I’ll update if they at least resolved my issues and how my complaint is handled by a higher authority.

Enough room for 2 people. Smelt like concentrated chlorine all the time.. While booking, it showed free breakfast, but it didn't have.

I booked my room via *******, pictures looked decent. Pictures do not show this place correctly. It’s not the worst place but it is far from decent. You are definitely getting what you payed for. Front desk is the nicest part of this location, our room wasn’t painted completely, there are cracks in the roof that look like it’s from water damage, the ceiling in the restroom had mold, the list could go on. I will just leave you all with this unless you really need a room last min, definitely pic a different place.

The location was close to Disneyland which was the main feature of this Motel. The check in process was quick and efficient, and the person who helped me at the counter was friendly. When I got to the room, it smelled very bad. It was like a disinfectant smell trying to cover up the smell of many years of cigarette smoke. The smell was very irritating. I thought it may have been due to COVID and trying to sterilize the room. But, then factor in the old bed, a blanket that looked at least 20 years old, the noise of the air conditioner (which didn't seem to work very well), and the general noise in the area I had to leave and find another place to stay. The internet wasn't working well, which was a concern of mine due to needing it to reserve times in the parks the next morning. Yes, the price was inexpensive, however I found a major chain hotel closer to the park, cleaner, that smelled better, that had better beds and bedclothes for not that much more per night. If this is your only option, consider changing the time you wish to go, and stay somewhere else... not worth staying at at any price. After 2 hours of trying to make it work... I checked out and left.
