Quality Inn & Suites Anderson I-69

Over all very good place to stay. I have stayed at this hotel five times when I come to the area and it is my first choice due to price and how it is

Property was very clean and staff was very nice. Only issue is the floors are kind of squeaky, you could hear the people above walking all over. I would stay here again on upper level.

Room was good. Air conditioner and heater worked well. TV easy to operate. However the common places were dirty, especially the stairs. The elevator barely held the luggage rack and one person. It’s ok for a cheap quick stay which was what we needed.

It was difficult to navigate the entrance in the dark. There was a significant mildewy smell, especially on the first floor where we stayed, most likely due to the pool. The bathroom had been converted to semi-handicapped accessible (which was not requested) with limited counter space. The bathtub was stained and the trim was falling off the bottom of the mirror. Otherwise, our room was clean and our stay was satisfactory.

It was too noisy and smelled like a garbage disposal all through the halls and rooms. Didn’t have any pillows on bed. Heat didn’t work. And window to outside was open and broke.. horrible customer service.

We had 2 rooms and they both had a smell. One smelled smokie and the other mildewed. There was an old washcloth beside the nightstand in one room. Breakfast was average but the attendant’s attitude was poor. Pool looked nice through the window.

Entry door at side if bldg where clerk sent us did not work. Room old and moderately clean. Light out at 3rd floor elevator alcove. No coffee or juice at breakfast. Eggs inedible.

It served the purpose. Conveniently located off I-69, close to shopping and dining.

This property was great for the price, not fancy but very clean, fresh towel and room cleaned each day, the breakfast was good , i thought it was lovely, i would go back
