Fairfield Inn & Suites Anderson

Room layout is good, but what a mess. Carpet had not been vacuumed (debris everywhere and a pair of sunglasses left on the floor), dried goop on the light switch entering the room, and hair left in the sink and shower. Requested the room to be cleaned while I was gone the next day and nothing was done except making the bed. They transferred me to a different room. Also, in a hotel not near filled I was initially given a room looking straight at the back of a building facade wall. After I checked out I was phoned that I had left a laptop and other items in my room. I had them all with me. Overall, a disorganized disaster.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our mini vacation. Seth at the front desk was very polite and quick to get us checked in. Quite a selection for breakfast too. Would stay here again if we're ever in Anderson Indiana again.

We had an exceptional overnight stay at this hotel with our family. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the staff's hospitality exceeded our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool. The hotel's central location made visiting with family and exploring the city convenient. Overall, a memorable experience that deserves a solid 5 stars.

Good front desk staff, very helpful. Hotel is dated and the bathroom in my room was dirty. Breakfast is worthless, I guess that’s why it’s free, yuck!!!

Have stayed there before. The best hotel in the local area. Very expensive. It and Hampton Inn at that location have been more costly than hotels closer to Indianapolis. Have never understood that. Wife and I know the area well. We grew up there.

We had a nice experience with the check in, a wonderful nights sleep but absolutely no hot or even luke warm water the next morning for showers. We asked for any type of compensation for this inconvenience and we're told it would be our responsibility to follow up on it at a later date. We are traveling and won't bother with that but also will not return here or recommend this hotel.
