The property and my room was very clean and well maintained. Checkin was not the best. The agent was greater me and asked if I was checking in. I said yes, gave him my name, but then He puts his head down and started texting in his phone while I was standing there waiting. I then said Hello are you texting because I thought maybe I missed something. He then said rudely, “ Yes I am. I’m scheduling my son’s hair cut appointment if that is alright with you!” I use to work for Marriott for 15 years so I know that this was not the appropriate way to greet a customer. Very disappointing start to a otherwise great stay.

The staff was nice and professional. Hotel was clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is when I booked the room I called to make sure I could get rooms right next to each other and staff Roger assured me that it would be. When I checked in by Johnne I got two rooms but they were not next to
Each other. However it was not far but it would have been nice to have the rooms directly side by side it would have elimated how Many trips walking down the hall .

Your hotel name sounded like u were near the airport—not even close. I had to get a cab both ways. No stars.
Very misleading.
The staff, however, were excellent. 5 stars.

Trip was good, hotel was just what we needed space wise. We used the pool our first night. Breakfast was better than most free breakfasts at other hotels.

Great staff, good location to the airport but they need a better sign to direct to their parking lot. Also the bed and pillows were terrible

In a quiet area of a busy part of town. Suites are nice separate sitting area with little kitchenette. Tv rotates so can see it while in bedroom as well. Arundel Mills Mall huge many many stores and multiple restaurants 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
