Good location and room is ok, great to stay here as hotel location is quite good.

A great option to stay in Annecy. Close to central attractions, restaurants and shops, everything was great. The room was very cozy and spacious.

First of all, the location is the best! It is close enough to walk to Annecy Station, and there is a hotel right near Annecy Lake! Also, shops and restaurants There are many around the hotel. The staff were also friendly. The facilities are also clean.

Stayed in August 2022, The location was perfect, the room was beautiful, the receptionist was very kind and polite, and it was comfortable. It is recommended!

Great experience at this hotel. Location is excellent, right off Perriere Bridge. Parking garage is off site but a short walk to the hotel. It is a public parking garage but the hotel offers a big discount on your overnight stay. There was a line to enter the parking garage but line moves quite fast so don’t be discouraged and wait for your turn. Check in and check out processes were easy. The hotel lobby is quite small but our room was very big (we were a family of 4), comfortable, well decorated, new and clean. Bathroom was very good, as well. Room was quiet at night and early morning. No problems at all with noise coking from the street. We highly recommend this hotel.

great location. only thing we didn't love was that the windows opened up to a dark corner with woodbeams and looked very scary. but we kept the windows shut and locked, overall stay was good. great location!!!!!

Excellent location in the heart of Annecy. Room was quieter than expected. A little mean charging 3€ for a bottle of water in the room fridge.

Quick overnight stay at Annecy. Great central location Staff were very friendly and helpful We woke up early and were welcomed to a very warm welcome at breakfast Would definitely stay here again

We loved this hotel! Situated in the absolute heart of old Town Annecy, this hotel was beautiful, spotless, in the most perfect location, and it is run with the professionalism and attention to detail that many hotels seem to have lost. It is located right at the spot where everyone comes to get the postcard shots in Annecy. All of restaurants and shops are right outside your door and the lake, bike rentals, sport shops, and the best Alps ice cream is right there. Yet step inside from the bustle of your pedestrian street and your room is quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family! The breakfast is a beautiful and comprehensive spread with great coffee. The staff made recommendations for our trip that we would have missed ( The Gorge and Castle were a must see and we would have missed it.) Book with complete confidence!!! This was an amazing establishment!

It's near the lake and in the centre of everything!

Amazing view in room 202 of the canal and the staff was extremely helpful with understanding where to park(& how to pay). Parking is not on site so pack light however it is worth the $$ with the views and ability to pop in & out of room easily. We opened our balcony doors/windows and let the breeze blow in- just lovely!!!

A very nice little typical medieval French hotel in 5 stocks with pretty small rooms but still charming and an excellent situation centrally in the old town of beautiful Annecy. Absolutely recommended to people who will explore the old city. 10-15 restaurants in the nearest neighborhood.
