公寓位於火車站前中華路邊一棟三層小樓，底樓是一勞務中介，二樓三樓各有一間客房，與旁邊的景宏民宿屬同一家。住客需在景宏民宿前台登記，獲取公寓大門密碼和房間密碼後方能入住。客房由卧室、小起居室和衞生間組成，全新裝修，寬敞舒適，各項設施齊全，起居室內還有一對沙發和小圓桌，床品、浴巾和毛巾潔白乾凈，配有空調、燒水壺，窗户用斷橋鋁雙層玻璃，隔噪效果很好。有一次性洗漱用品，無電視機、免費瓶裝水、吹風機和一次性拖鞋，惟感不便的是床頭燈開關在房門處，需摸黑起夜。為乾淨衞生，建議店家別放玻璃茶杯玻璃漱口杯，放幾個紙杯則可。

不錯哦，在馬路邊邊，隔音做的挺好的，一點都沒有就不太可能，起碼80％到現場找不到還以為被騙了，最後是在景宏民宿辦的登記，就是床有點硬

房間挺大，裝修極簡風。後期的衞生一般。窗户是臨街的，不隔音，睡覺輕的不適合，門口是密碼鎖，2樓一個房間，3樓一個房間，但1樓是一個勞務中心，中間衹是幾個板隔着，不隔音。

客棧樓下就可以看到安順站，而且沒有火車聲音。裝修很精緻，屋裡乾淨。

裝修的挺好的，但是衞生情況有待加強，靠近窗户的一邊床上，有很多小沙子，應該是通風時候風大吹進去的。名宿沒有提供梳子，我自己去拿的時候老闆還問我出門不帶梳子嗎？可是一般酒店都提供的吧😇😇😇

設施：設施基本齊全
環境：翻新過風格比較年輕，隔音一般
服務：服務挺好的
建議：增加下一次性拖鞋，如果有電視或者投影就更好了，加點房價問題不大

在火車站旁邊，交通方便，離市中心也近，套房這個價格，性價比確實高。衹有兩個房間，很新很乾凈，老闆熱情服務好，確實不錯的。

新裝修很棒，就是説沒有電梯。但是不影響，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情。樓下那個奶茶店也是他們家的，所以可以寄存行李。不必擔心電梯的問題，物有所值
