The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Mark Mall and 15 mintues to old town. The furniture is new and nicely designed, very modern. Not a 5 stars service, the staff that supposed to help carry your luggage arent present all times. The room cards dont work every time you leave the hotel and you have to charge it at reception. The cleaning lady didnt clean the room properly, dont provide complimentary accomdation properly something is missing every day, sometimes a towel, sometimes soap, One toilet paper for 3 adults a day is not enough, lol we bought from the supermarket!!!! The room floor is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned properly. The complimentary kits are provided for two not 3, we have the deluxe room, extra charged and still get everything for two people not 3, we have complained about this since day 1 and each day since we arrived nothing changes! Breakfast ends at 10:30, is very nice, the hotel receptionists are polite and helpful especially Ceren and Kerem. The hotel itself is great, I would love to stay here again but the cleaning issue is a big thing for me the level of cleansing has to be upgraded, they tide the bed but forget to clean the floor!!!!!!! Insane.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

Hotel was very accommodating, free parking, offered me to park in VIP on the last day to leave in the morning earlier. Recpetion were very polite on greeting me and didnt have to have much interaction after due to everything being smooth with the hotel experience throughout my stay. Location is solid with it being a 5 minute walk to the coffee shops which lead into the old town/Hadrians gate, another 5-10 minutes and youll be in the town centre area and the old bazaar or the marina so its ideal if this is where you want to explore. Hotel room was very large, huge bed, shower and bath which was high quality. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from especially the pastries. Gym facilities are very good for a hotel and the views from the hotel are great from the outdoor pool, dining area and the deck which is layered all the way down to the sea front. Would definitely book a hotel with Ramada Plaza again if back in Antalya.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

The hotel is in the heart of old town. Pictures look good. We got there at midnight ready to crash. We had two rooms, which were not together. We asked if we could get rooms next to each other so our kids could be next to us. The manager said they were full, even though I had put that in my reservation request two months prior. However, as we walked in the room was this huge puddle of water. No one cared to find out where it’s coming from- just mopped it and continued like it never happened. Then the A/C which shows is turned on and on high, is blowing hot air. The management insisted it’s central A/C and will take half hour to cool. It didn’t! We were baking in 40 degrees temperature. I opened the fridge, and that was not working. And there was water puddles under the fridge just gushed out when I opened the cabinet door to the fridge! So maintenance was called at 12.45am to fix it. In the meantime, the A/C was still not working, surprisingly! The second room was on an entirely different floor. That A/C was fine but was a smaller room. When my husband complained finally at 2am about the A/C, the manager offered us a smaller room right next to the one we were in where the A/C was not working. I was so upset that this room was available and he didn’t give it to us knowing well we had little kids and needed a room next to each other. We were there only for one night and no one was in this room. His excuse, it’s a two person room while the other was a one person room. They looked exactly alike!!! Obviously not a good experience. The elevator only goes part way upstairs so to go to the restaurant, you need to take the stairs up. And they are long and winding!! And if you are trying to access any floors via the elevator from 8.30am, don’t bother. The cleaners are using the only elevator available, and they won’t let you get in as there is no space. Bottom line, was quite a disappointment.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, beds comfortable but not the size advertised, they are standard size not large. The bedding sheets had many stains on them but appeared clean. There is no mini bar in the room, no tea and coffee facilities even though I messaged the hotel prior to our trip and they replied saying there was. So we had to buy a kettle and cups. The rooms are well overdue a paint over, stains, marks, footprints on the walls. The bathrooms need a serious upgrade. Cleaned daily but the black mould inbeded into the sealant is off putting. A serious issue with the hot water, you have to run the taps for 10 minutes before getting some luke warm water. The 4 days we were there we only managed to shower once. Breakfast and dinner was what I would say very good for the price. You can't go wrong with a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast. The dinner for the price was very good. Delicious soup every night, salad, rice and a casserole. Location is fabulous. This could be a great place to stay and command a better price if the owners or management invested into it.

A very cost-effective hotel. It costs 260 yuan to stay in the city center. Hadrian's Gate is opposite the door. It's really good. The room is also relatively large. The only drawback is that there is a slight off-smell, which may be a problem with the sewer, but fortunately, the impact is not big, and people who are not sensitive may not feel it. This price, such a hotel location and rooms are really good👍 The security and privacy of the hotel are good, and there is a parking lot not far downstairs. We rented a car and drove to Antalya. We parked for one night, a total of 18 I paid a parking fee of about 100 RMB for an hour. It was okay, there was someone on duty to watch.

As of August 2023, the address on the card is not correct, the geolocation and the address for the taxi are correct, there is a column for calling a taxi, you have to go into the courtyard to the entrance. No one meets, check-in and check-out are completely remote. They send a 3-digit code for the key holder at the door, the second long code - for the entrance doors - you can't enter without it. Send a video to youtube how to find the entrance. The place is good, not crowded, right next to the Dogu Garaji tram stop from the airport. Around the corner are a couple of supermarkets, next to the street begins in the city center. The situation is exactly as in the photo. Air conditioning only in the living room, the bedroom stuffiness, offer a fan. The air conditioner is not quite quiet, the fan on the balcony is buzzing when cooling. The refrigerator is also not very quiet, the motor runs constantly. There is no toilet paper (toilet with a second tap), no tablets for the dishwasher, in the cupboard in a stack of plates two were not washed. In the shower, the slope of the floor against the flush, puddles form, you need to sweep the water down the drain with your foot. The place is quiet, but you can hear the sounds from the street, the locals stay up late, the children walk until late, plus in this area they like street parties until 1 am with loud songs and dances, if you're lucky. Neighbors upstairs can vacuum the floor at night, the audibility from the floor is noticeable, you can also hear the water flowing in the bathroom of the upstairs neighbors.
