It’s so dirty furniture and room. Lack of explanation for strange hotel policies.(resident registration) Why should I leave my passport at the hotel? I've never had this experience before. I don't want to recommend this hotel

非常感謝酒店左左的熱情接待，有種賓至如歸的感覺，房間整潔，早餐品種豐富，距離各個景點餐飲都很方便，酒店温泉♨️很舒服！再次感謝酒店的接待！

一看就是老牌酒店，外觀大氣，房間房高得有三米，亮堂寬敞不憋屈。定的三人間，床寬1.2米，床墊硬度適中，不喜歡太軟的，兩個枕頭，一高一矮，適合不同需求。睡的舒服。
電視不大，頻道不多，但清晰。
衞生間不大，洗手枱淋浴馬桶合理安排，夠用了，洗漱用品毛巾浴巾吹風機齊全。熱水很好，花灑是固定的，水流大，洗着舒服。
贈送了小蜂蜜和暖寶寶。
三樓有温泉到晚上十點，需要備好泳衣。時間緊沒體驗不評價。
出行需要百度打車，自己開車的隨意。門口有共享單車，也可以體驗。
工作人員親自帶到房間，介紹設施。
陽面臨街，周邊安靜不雜亂。
早餐比較豐富，大廳裝飾好看，適合舉辦婚禮。

出差這麼多次，有史以來住過最差的酒店，還標着五星的等級，要不是工作必須定點交接，我真的是一分鐘都不想待，最離譜的就是圖一，衞生紙盒裡放海綿！！！！離譜…衞生紙幾個錢啊，沒必要這麼摳吧？酒店每天送兩瓶礦泉水如果再要的話就是3塊錢一瓶…..真的..絕了…做不到五星級的服務和設施就別掛五星的標，牆上到處都是裂開的，我都怕隨時能塌了，樓上衹要一蹦，頂上的燈就晃，而且特別吵，隔音超級超級超級超級超級差！！！！！！！！衞生你們自己看吧，我好在有自己帶睡衣的習慣，穿着睡衣還渾身癢，在這個酒店連續住了5天..這五天簡直太煎熬了，從未這麼討厭住酒店👎
