This hotel is a scandal. We would have slept outside and it would have been the same. Located near the cathedral, in a shiny street, the window wouldn't close. It was as if we were outside, impossible to sleep! When we complained, the staff told us that they had just been informed of the problem and that the repairman was not available. The window looks like it's been broken for a long time! It's absolutely scandalous, you can't offer rooms like that for sale! Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

didn't get the room we made a reservation for. room was on ground floor, people looked into room all day from the street, very noisy, very smelly room, very cold room. small tv. Cleaning staff uses same door as entrance from early in the morning. Owner (Laurie) was very rude and although she could still give the room we booked, she refused to help. Had to pay the same amount for a smaller, darker, less cosy room than offered. don't go there if you get the room on the ground floor.

De kamer was heel erg vochtig en rook erg chemisch, om deze redenen wilden wij graag het raam open doen op de kamer maar dit was niet mogelijk. Hierdoor wilden wij daar niet overnachten voor onze eigen gezondheid. Een andere kamer was niet beschikbaar dus vroegen we netjes of wij ons geld terug konden krijgen zodat wij een ander hotel konden zoeken. Dit is helemaal uit de hand gelopen. De eigenaresse (Laurie) heeft ons echt heel erg slecht, gemeen en onbeleefd te woord gestaan. Ze gaf aan dat ze blij was dat we weggingen zodat ze op die dag dubbel kon verdienen op de kamer. Dit is nog maar een klein voorbeeld van wat er allemaal tegen ons is gezegd. Ik kan je echt aanraden om dit hotel niet te boeken voor een leuk nachtje weg in Antwerpen.

Seul atout de cet hôtel son emplacement et son matelas. Très bruyant aucune insonorisation, chambre sans aucun rangement pas un cintre, pas un verre, une cabine de douche dans la chambre qui inonde le sol et un tarif inadapté au confort ! De plus une réceptionniste absente pendant les heures d’ouverture ce qui nécessite d’attendre longuement qu’on vienne résoudre vos problèmes de clefs très nombreux (4 en deux jours) c’est pas très sérieux ! Réveil en fanfare assuré le dimanche avec la cathédrale….

L'albergo è piccolino , ma molto bello. Coloratissime le stanze , dotate di ogni confort , il personale è gentile e super disponibile. La posizione poi è super. Proprio di fronte alla cattedrale di Anversa . Non consiglio la struttura solo a chi avesse problemi di deambulazione , le scale sono davvero molto strette e ripide e l'albergo non dispone di un ascensore essendo in un edificio storico .
