Staff were good , near to beach ***drem just 100-200mtr away. I visited the place on marriage anniversary .wanted the calm beach than usual baga n calangute .. This hotel is just near ***drem beach and which is neat and less crowd .. We have balcony and neat room ..

A very very genuine experience. (100% true) A totally pathetic staff this hotel have. Not sense of talking and greeting to their guests. Out of 33 rooms, only 2 rooms were occupied rest all were empty just because of such staff people. They do not greet their guest, do not respect at all. I booked the Delux room but they initially provided me their smallest room even when they charged me for delux room and they had all 33 rooms available. Room's pictures showing online and actual rooms are not same. They forced me to pay for their bedsheet as well. They provided me an induction but it was not working and no proper reason provided. No breakfast no milk service for an infant as well, they straightaway denied to feed anything to baby and asked us to give tea to baby if we want (#seriously?). Night duty Receptionist is very very rude person and do not have sense to talk with guests at all. When I asked him name for complaint he provided incorrect name as his name was Deepak but he told me his name as Rakesh who is a servant there in Kitchen. Staff is totally ashamed to tell their names as well because of their pathetic service to their guests. I used Treebo hotels a lot but with staff like this I am totally disappointed with Treebo services. I truly advice to not to opt this hotel at all at least till the time this hotel have this staff in place. A big mistake to stay there.
