Hotel room was comfortable. In room safe did not work. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Only Spanish TV channels. They have a shuttle to the Metro station which is 5 minutes away for €1. Good alternative for those doing sightseeing in Saville.

The room we were assigned was not facing the sea. There were only two rooms on each floor on this side, and 98% of the rooms were on the other side. I don't know why we were assigned such a room. The air conditioner inside was broken, and there was no Wi-Fi. I called the front desk, but because the other party didn't speak English well, they hung up after a few words. When I called again, they just didn't answer and hung up. It was very rude. Later, after communicating with the staff of Ctrip, they arranged for someone to send a small heater, which was actually useless. To be honest, the breakfast was quite rich. When checking in, the front desk guy was quite enthusiastic. When it came to the kettle, they said that the hotel room didn't have it. If we wanted it, we could get two for free. Normally, it would be charged at 5 euros each. As for the call to the front desk, maybe the person who answered the phone was not the person in charge of the reception at the front desk, but it was really rude and affected the overall experience.

They treated us not well at all, the room was super old and ugly, the sofa was burned, the curtains were spit, there were no outlets to charge and it was at the end of the hallway. We found poop in the toilet and it smelled a lot like pee, embarrassing. Not at all happy.

Grand and spectacular hotel.
Positive:
* Great room and super comfortable bed with audio equipment in the room.
* Cafeteria and reception service very good and professional.
Negative or Improveable:
* deeper cleaning in the room and more frequent change of sheets for stays of more than three days.
* The shower floor is slippery, non-slip and has little water pressure.
* Breakfast menu just right for a 4*.
