The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was very nice too. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very nice family-style hotel close to Saint Francis' Church. We really enjoyed the recommendations and the assistance provided by the staff - always available to ask our questions.

Do Hotel à Basílica de São Francisco de Assis são, aproximadamente, uns 15' de uma "boa" subida a pé (mas a vista é incrível, junto com as plantações de oliveiras), mas logo após já estamos praticamente dentro da Basílica, e a partir daí é só explorar a cidade de Assis. Recepção simpática, quarto OK (sem luxo), nos atendeu muito bem (quentinho e silencioso). Café da manhã simples, porém, delicioso. Estacionamento gratuito e o Hotel possui um restaurante que funciona à noite, não utilizamos, mas estava cheio. (*) Se puder compre o azeite de oliva vendido no Hotel a um custo de €8, tem disponível para degustação (mesa do Café da Manhã).

Struttura molto bella e accogliente. Si parcheggia comodamente e ha una Locanda per mangiare bella e caratteristica. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Abbiamo respirato in tutta la struttura la vera atmosfera del Natale. Camere comode e pulite. Il top sono i dolci della colazione fatti in casa. Spettacolari! Un pò di strada per arrivare in Basilica, ma consigliatissimo!!!

Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti. La colazione ottima. Squisite le crostate. Il personale è’ gentile e disponibile. Nonostante l’ora tarda hanno atteso il nostro arrivo. Posizione ottima perché facilmente raggiungibile. lo consiglio!

Vacanza rilassante ALBERGO fuori dal caos ma a pochi minuti dalla stupenda Basilica di S Francesco .Le colazioni con caffè e cappuccino da bar sia il salato e il dolce sempre fresco e non industriale con porzioni abbondanti. Camere ok. I proprietari Liliana e il marito Giancarlo eccezzionali.

Siamo arrivati ad Assisi e siamo stati accolti dalla sig.ra Liliana. Da subito ci ha messo a nostro agio e ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia. La location, in una posizione strategica, ci ha consentito di poter visitare Assisi e dintorni. Le stanze sono ordinate e pulite. La colazione oltre ogni aspettative.... La sig.ra Liliana si è dimostrata un'ottima padrona di casa per le sue qualità professionali ed umane. L'accoglienza, l'organizzazione, il rapporto umano e la qualità dei prodotti offerti sono le peculiarità di questo Struttura. Da straconsigliare....

Hotel carino, pulito gestito da persone molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Camera e bagno con tutto il necessario. Munito di parcheggio e vicino alla basilica di San Francesco e come scritto da altri raggiungibile attraverso un sentiero in salita. Ottime le crostate che abbiamo assaggiato a colazione.

Se avessi potuto avrei dato un punteggio più alto. Piccola struttura a gestione familiare dove tutto è al TOP. A cominciare dalla ospitalità dei proprietari Liliana e Giancarlo. Camere arredate in modo semplice ma pulitissime, fornite di ogni cosa. Carino l'ambiente dove viene servita la colazione, tra l'altro ottima, tante prelibatezze preparate tutti i giorni dalla signora Liliana, varietà di dolci bibite e per chi preferisce pure il salato. Un plauso anche alla signora che collabora sempre sorridente e gentilissima. Insomma mi sono sentita coccolata. Amo l'Umbria e spero di tornare presto sicuramente tornerò ad alloggiare presso questa struttura perché oltre l'ottima posizione, ritroverò pulizia, igiene e ospitalità, elementi tutti indispensabili per la buona riuscita di una vacanza. Grazie, a presto!!!
