The hotel service is really excellent. I especially want to praise Marina, who enthusiastically helped us solve many problems. We booked a suite, and she was afraid that our beds were not enough, so she asked us if we wanted to add an extra bed. The hotel was built in 1889, so it is a bit old, but it is well maintained.
