Our stay at Kamenoi Hotel in Atami was filled with awe-inspiring views from our room. While we did notice a hint of dustiness, the overall atmosphere and the romantic setting made our time there truly memorable.

exellent location, great service and dinner of superb variety selection

Food and location was mid. Liked the view of the beach from the top. But the service was extremely bad, they had additional charges and when I asked why, they just hung up on the phone. The receptionist woman was extremely unprofessional and ruined the whole experience. Try to book a different hotel. The staff was terrible.

The hotel charged me over price for 6 years old kid. He didn’t even eat much and sleep on my bed. It cost me 9,790 yen. The room is good and if you don’t have car, don’t come. 😖

This hotel is worth for that price. Good environment with nice view. The room size is big enough and the foods were great. Having a nice stay here!

I’m a little torn to rate the location average because it can be a pain to get to if you don’t have a car, but the view from the room (apparently all rooms have view of the sea) is great. A lot of variety for breakfast but nothing really stood out. I didn’t get to visit the onsen because they don’t allow tattooed people. I would stay again, especially in summer on a fireworks day!

It is a family friendly hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast and dinner is great!! The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotels in this group are not fancy, but very practical and suitable for family vacations. Kamenoi Hotel located in Atami is very spacious, has a terrace, and is very comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast options are good, very suitable for a family, especially families with children!

Facilities: When I first entered the hotel, there was a strong Showa style, and I was a little worried. Once I entered the room, I felt pretty good. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The room is large and very comfortable. The view from the room is great and very healing. From day to night, from sunrise to sunset, it is a wonderful view. Service: The service is really good because I also used the hot spring in the annex. After I proposed it, I even drove there and picked up and dropped off. Meals: The buffet selection is very rich. Although there is no reservation for the shuttle bus back to the hotel, the hotel thoughtfully posted the timetable for the route to Bashi, which is very convenient.

The location is located on a mountain and is relatively remote. I checked in late that day, and the shuttle bus the next morning was no longer available, but there was a bus passing by the hotel door, and the hotel also printed the shuttle bus time. Breakfast and dinner are all buffets, which feels very worthwhile! For dinner, there were all kinds of sushi, grilled scallops, etc., which was very satisfying. Sitting in the view seat during breakfast, the view was also very good. The hot springs are divided into outdoor and indoor parts, but the outdoor hot springs have no views. The guests checking in that day all seemed to be locals, and they seemed to be very popular with the locals. All in all, it was a pleasant stay! I will choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity in the future, and I will feel even better if I stay for 2 days.

A very satisfying experience! My daughter wanted to watch the fireworks display, so she specially booked these hotels because it was on the mountain so she could see it more clearly! The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast and dinner were very rich! The hot spring ♨️ is also very comfortable! The evening fireworks display can be watched directly from the balcony! marvelous!

The environment is good, and the hotel's food is similar to the hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido. Overall, I am satisfied and suitable for a hot spring vacation. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel or it is convenient to take a taxi to the beach.

The hotel is on a mountain, which is very difficult to reach. The room is spacious and overlooks the entire Atami city. There is a terrace to enjoy the sunset. In addition to the large bath, the room also has a private bath. The breakfast and dinner are buffets, which are of good quality.
