日式房不要太難聞，睡着也不舒服，大家千萬別定，其他房間應該還好，樓裏有兩個温泉，離海邊還蠻近的，但是熱海也就那樣。

優點：1、酒店屋頂可以直接看煙花，直接正對着，非常方便。酒店本身也會給你放上凳子，快到時間了過去就行。本身酒店到附近的煙花觀賞點sun beach也很近，走過去5分鐘不到。
2、酒店是包場温泉式的（貸切温泉）用的也是温泉水，但不是預約制度，想泡的時候打電話問前台是否有空即可。有露天和泡泡兩種，我跑的露天但因為近視啥都看不清ww酒店自己還在裝修一間可以看煙花自帶露天温泉的房間，預計23年6月上旬完工，後續去看煙花的人可以試試。
3、酒店房間是類似日本的單間，可以自己做飯，空間也比東京大阪那些商務酒店寬敞，這個價格帶温泉我覺得物有所值。
缺點：
1、日式酒店，但需要自己鋪被子，連住還需要自己收拾分類垃圾（扔到門口）。就是説工作人員不會進入房間。
2、確實設備有一些老，可以看到電燈開關啥的都很舊了。
3、價格變動挺大，之前定的時候8-9百，到店當天一看衹要4-5百。。。不過也可能是因為前兩天台風，不少人取消了看煙火的行程？
注意點：
1、門鎖是用鑰匙往右邊擰上保險銷，所以需要用鑰匙往左擰開銷後在擰把手開門。
2、整體上距離車站不遠，但是路是類似山城的上下坡，往上爬帶行李的話還是有一丟丟累的。

酒店在半山腰，有點難找。説是酒店其實就是個公寓，我個人非常不推薦。所有的設施都非常老舊，和式房間過於有年代感了。主要是，我第一次住酒店需要自己從櫃子裏拖床墊鋪床單。要不為了看花火大會，我也不可能花1300一晚住這種地方。真是如坐鍼氈如芒在背如鯁在喉。唯一的好處是，離海邊親水公園很近。

Amazing & clean hot springs baths, nice kitchen appliances & utensils, too bad no washer in room. Walk uphill to Atami Station is hard if has heavy luggage, might need taxi if elderly travelers, unless u are in good physical condition.

昨日、急に時間があったので、検索してこちらに宿泊することに決めました。ワンルームマンションみたいで、家にいる感覚で良かったです。
貸し切り温泉は周りを気にせず良かったです。また、ふらっと行きたいです。

花火大会の日に予約していましたが、発熱してPCR検査を受けることになり、予約日の13日前にキャンセルしました。 以前インフルエンザでキャンセル料を免除してくれた宿があったので、電話で相談しました。 花火大会の土曜日で、キャンセル後にHPを見たら満室で、既に別の人が予約して埋まったのではないかと思い聞いたところ、空室とのこと（その後もずっと満室になってます）でした。 女性でしたが最初は感じが良かったのが、だんだんと声のトーンが下がり、最後にこちらがありがとうございましたと言っても何も言いませんでした。 振り替えなどの対応を提案してくれることもなく一切なく、その後しっかりキャンセル料の請求がきました。 体調不良でキャンセル料免除の宿は多いと聞きますが、しっかり請求されるので気をつけたほうがいいと思います。

コンドミニアムな宿泊施設なので、部屋としてはホテルや旅館と言うよりも普通のマンションという印象を受けた。経費を抑えて宿泊するというには良いと思う。 朝食はバイキング形式で熱海で取れた干物を網焼きで食べるというスタイル。熱海の街は坂の昇り降りが非常にキツいので、朝食を取るのに出歩くよりかはここで食べてから散策開始と言うのがベターだと思う。 各個室にシャワールームはあるものの、貸し切りできる個室風呂がある（屋上階に展望浴場があるらしいが、改装中とのこと） 個室風呂は時間ごとに部屋単位で借りることができ、家族風呂のようにして入浴するシステムらしい。自分が泊まった時期は他にお客さんが少ないとのことで混雑しなかったが、繁忙期にもなると、個室風呂を借りるタイミングで一苦労しそうだと思った。 最寄りのコンビニまで、2～300m程度と短く感じるかもしれないが、急こう配の熱海の街での2～300mなので、歩くと結構きつかったりする。あらかじめ買いだめをしておいた方が良いと思う。
