The front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. Just going about their jobs with as little effort as possible.

The front desk staff was excellent especially the young man from India! I was disappointed in the brunch. Tea bags just dropped on the table, waitress did not
listen to order {she seemed side tracked}

The housekeeping crew ******. They completely skipped by room and the bathroom was not cleaned to begin with. It kind of ruined the whole experience.

Charged for breakfast that is always complimentary at the cheaper hotels. And the exact same items!
The staff was not all that polite. Very indifferent towards the guests.
Hotel restaurant food was tasteless and improperly prepared. The chef should taste his own food.

Easy/Excellent valet service. Stayed here for the GOCA Gala @ the Georgia Aquarium and it was a very nice short 6 minute walk. The hotel has a great Tex/Mex restaurant on property w/ yummy habanero margaritas. This is an excellent option in Atlanta.

It is extremely pricey- not only did I pay $250 for one night I paid an extra $50 deposit (When I read it on the website it made me think it was one of those that was returned if you didn’t damage the room) then of course parking was $80 because my husband and I drove separately. So overall I paid $380 for one night. I paid only $20 more to stay on the beach for 4 nights!?!? It was very noisy. There was a helicopter flying around till way after midnight- nothing the hotel could fix but be aware. The room was clean and nice - I didn’t eat the breakfast because I felt I could save money going somewhere else. I will be looking at other properties in the future when I return.

Had a great overnight trip in Atlanta for the United home opener. Picked this hotel due to proximity and the fact that it had EV chargers for our car. They only have 1 non Tesla EV charger and it wasn’t working. So that was disappointing
