The hotel staff was courteous. The valet parking attendants were friendly and fast. I enjoyed the live music at the bar on my first night. The breakfast was very good, although the lids would not stay open on the hot food (my one and ONLY complaint during my stay). 9.999/10

It is very close to train station and bus station. One Whole Foods market is close to it. 6 day breakfasts are same and simple. And only first day, they offer two complimentary bottle water. But hot water and coffer are free offered at lobby.

Exactly next to the metro station, walking distance to the Atlanta Symphony Hall. However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel.

Got it at a great price , well connected and nice enough neighbourhood, especially as a solo traveller. The place was clean, but the bed is short for tall people you would have to lie sideways. Also my safe was not working on the first day, eventually it got fixed. Front desk were nice people, had some issues getting my deposit back and booking in. These were resolved fairly quickly. Overall I would stay here again , I felt safe and the room was very nice!

Nice hotel, convenient to my event and the staff was very friendly and professional. I'm not sure why our room was not cleaned or we were not given fresh towels the next day. However, the front desk did send us fresh towels that evening.

Facilities: There's a gym, and the check-in desk is on the top floor with a view. Cleanliness: Very clean. Area: The neighborhood is quite quiet. There's an art gallery nearby within walking distance, and the subway station is across the street. Service: The staff were very friendly.
