I was ultimately satisfied with the hotel itself but the outside of the property was dirty and noisy. My biggest problem I had with the hotel was that they had a beautiful indoor pool ( which I paid extra for just so I could take my granddaughter swimming after spending the day at the children’s hospital) that couldn’t even be used because it was so cold that you couldn’t even step inside it. There was no information about the pool not being heated and normal people, like me, would assume that it’s a heated indoor pool so that it can be used year round! Had I known, I could have saved $50 on a similar hotel without a pool and would have!

We have stayed at this property several times. Very happy with everything. Would highly recommend. Awesome staff!

This will definitely be my forever Atlanta hotel! We loved everything about it. Location, room size, cleanliness, staff,… very pleased!!

Our stay was fabulous, the staff was amazing and our room was fantastic! Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

When I arrived, I was given a room that had a door left wide open and propped by a cleaning rag, without an A/C unit. After having to take my items back downstairs, staff was helpful in getting me to another room. I followed instructions on the A/C unit that the temp was controlled by the wall. That was not the case. After beib extremely cold, I went to call downstairs, but the phone was also not working. I went downstairs and staff came up a few minutes later only to control the temp by the actual A/C, contrary to posted signs. Overall not a horrible stay, but more inconvenient than I prefer when paying for a professional service. Will most likely not return.

It was good but someone came into our room while we were in there. They opened the door but the latch wouldn’t let them come any further. All management said was your room seems to lock. So that means someone has a key but nothing was done about it

Whoever is running this place is not maintaining it. TV didn’t work. Apparently no one knows how to swap out the small cable box from another room so they upgraded me to a suite. A/c didn’t work in one room. I took a look to see if I could get it running and the air filter was completely clogged of dust. One elevator button was missing. I child especially could put a finger in there. Front desk staff seemed not to know anything or do anything. If it wasn’t for these things the place would have gotten much better reviews.

Everything was amazing except the shower knob to turn. The water on, was loose and about to fall off. We really enjoyed our stay and the employees were fabulous.

The fitness room had 4 pieces of equipment and only the treadmill and free weights worked properly. Bike, seat broken, elliptical buttons missing and would not start properly, weight machine had a pulley missing and did work

i would have giving them a five star, if an unknown guy, who stated he was coming to fix a issue, would have knocked before using his key, twice. He must have thought i was gone to my event all day but, my he didn't know my husband was in the room. The front desk person, Kenisha, was great and welcoming. i hate she wasn't at the desk when i checked out. I loved the updates to the facility.

Lovely, clean hotel room. We could hear the traffic outside which is why the rating is not a 5.

This was such a great place to stay! The shuttle made going to and from the Roxy convenient and safe and the drivers were courteous and polite! Had a minor mishap of housekeeping accidentally not providing soap and it was quickly remedied by a kind front desk. The indoor pool provided a nice break in the day. Overall a great stay and we will be back :)
